Day five is done. We seem to be dropping the appetite a bit, today we didn’t finished our juices, and Connie was released from the duties of 3 hour juicing this afternoon.
She have also survived her four day working week while being on the juice menu, which I think is quite impressive. As for myself, I’m in the home and in control of my time - almost any way, with the exception of various businesses in the car.

Daniel is doing well too, complained during the morning walk about a bit of headache, but has been okay and be working all day.

Yesterday Connie decided to clean us out a little bit extra, she gave us each a large glass of Epsom salt! That dynamite should come with great warnings and instructions, it really flushes the intestines.

We have also decided on the closing schedule, which is to introduce some raw fruit and vegetables on Sunday, day number eight. Following by Monday also as a raw vegetarian day, with our regular Monday afternoon smoothie.

So, not too much excitement today, let’s see what movie we can pick. Another great juicing experts we are following - if not the guru on the planet - is Mr Don Tolman.

Student visits at Castelen Community Faqrm Mt Tambourine.
Jamie Oliver is a world renown advocate for eating healthy food, so we were excited when 5 Eagleby State School students and 2 of the teachers invited themselves to our farm to look at how we grow nutrient-rich food organically.
The students are involved with a Jamie Oliver program at their school where they have their own vegetable garden. Each week students help prepare a meal at the school using some of the food they grow. A Channel 10 TV crew from “Totally Wild” accompanied the students to record their visit to the Castelen Community farm on Tamborine Mtn.

After looking over the wide range of fruits and vegetables we grow and picking some limes and rhubarb to take back to the school, the boys and girls had a lot of questions.


We explained that we have hundreds of worm farms on the property and they were puzzled because they couldn’t find any. We explained that between its row of vegetables we create an environment where worms and soil microorganism thrive and multiply, and they were amazed to see the number of worms present when we turn over some of the soil in the furrows between the vegetal rows.

One student asked why we don’t use herbicides and prefer to hand weed. I explained that we don’t use herbicides because, whilst the job of herbicides is to kill unwanted weeds they also kill a large number of very important plant organisms including one-celled bacteria and fungi. These are vital parts of the soil food web.

The students were sceptical about this until they understood that the farmers role is to feed the soil microorganism with fertilisers and organic manure and the job of the worms and microorganisms is to feed the plants. Worms and microorganisms break down fertilisers and turn them into plant available food.

I explained that there were lots of other reasons why we don’t use herbicides most importantly independent research is showing that there are strong links between herbicides and disease such as obesity, depression, autism, infertility, cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease.

This is because Glyphosate interferes with health-maintaining processes within our body. This goes against accepted dogma that Glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, is not harmful to humans or to other mammals and it is not a problem if food contains traces of it.

People forget that micro-organisms in the soil are vitally important to plant health just as micro-organisms in our gut are vitally important in maintaining health.


Many of today’s health issues can be traced back to a combination of impaired sulphur transport within the body, suppression of the function of a number of really important enzymes and gut dysfunction. Glyphosate residues in our body kill our friendly gut bacteria as do antibiotics and preservatives in processed food.

There numerous studies identifying how herbicides adversely affect our health. You can learn more about the fascinating link between agricultural poisons and their effect on human health by reading “Pathway to modern decease” in “Entropy”; 2012, 15, pp 1416-1463 available at www.mdpi.com/journal/entropy .

In spite of the reassurance by agricultural multinationals like Monsanto that agricultural poisons are safe, the evidence against them is overwhelming. This is the reason we don’t use them at Castelen Community Farm. We prefer to manage weeds without poisoning ourselves. Our purpose is to demonstrate how to grow huge quantities of nutrient-dense fruit and vegetables in small areas of land. We practice what we teach. We had Angelina Jolie doing mastectomy early on this year, many women followed, and even men choose to remove completely healthy body parts with no guaranteed positive result.

The only positive resort of the stupidity is the financial benefits of the sickness industry.

A debate like these should never be published, it should be ridiculed - and throw out.


We feel uncomfortable and not at ease, due to our toxic environment, physical or mental, and subsequently the continued toxic intake.

We then attempt to treat these toxic overdose, by adding more toxins to it.

And finally we get immensely surprised that we don’t get rid of violent intoxication by adding more toxins to it. So what is the next step?

We increase the intake of toxins yet again, and again, and again - as long as the body is telling us that you have a toxic overdose (we feel sick) we keep adding more and more.

Please don’t forget to research all the drugs your doctors are administrating to yourself and your loved ones, it is so simple these days - just do an Internet search drugs comercial name - and then on the active ingredients.

You may think what you want about controversial news, but with the number of lies and scams that is disclosed and proven - it is simply too dangerous to just stick our heads in the sand and pretend that nothing is going on.

Wake up people.

Any so-called disease can be healed, or reversed (I don’t dare to call it cured because there are long jail term penalties for curing disease these days.) and they are all healed, reverse or removed from the body from within the body itself.
All we need to do, is to give our body a chance. That is, cleaning up, flushing out - and providing nutritional life supporting food. And of course refraining from the daily dose of various toxins.

We here at Connie’s health has no problem assisting in such removal of disease, but we do have serious problem to awaken people to the fact that they need to look after themselves.

So please do your homework;
Check out what’s available online regarding your so-called disease.
Check out the medication recommended, or forced onto you.

And make it a habit to check a bit of of all the valuable information available on YouTube these days.

    <description>I was hanging out with some friends a while ago and we were chatting  about how long we think it will be until we decide we’re ready to pop  out some kids. One of my friends said to me, “You will probably have to  wait until you start eating proper food though, won’t you? Because you  will be eating for two then.” I let the comment slide, but my sensitive  side felt like it had just been slapped. Proper food?! Gosh, because  what I eat now is not proper? This is just one of many occasions when my  eating habits have been judged by my well-meaning loved ones who don’t  quite understand why I eat the way I eat.

&amp;#160;
I did an interview with comedian/actor/motivational speaker Kyle  Cease last week and he brought this topic up as well. He had just kicked  off a juice fast, and was talking about how some people around him  think he’s crazy for just eating vegetables and natural foods. Then he  went into a riff about how crazy the standard way of eating would seem  if we all ate natural, whole real foods. Imagine if we were all standing  around eating fruits, veggies, and food grown in the ground (the way  nature intended for us to eat) and someone came up to us and said they  were going to start drinking milk from the boob of another species,  start eating pepperoni meat from an animal that doesn’t exist, and start  drinking Coke, which is a solution that dissolves nails. We would think  they were nuts. But sadly, this is what has become normal.

Generally speaking, we have become so far removed from our natural diet  that we’ve lost sight of reality. We are not designed to eat food that  comes out of a box, a microwave, or a drive-thru. Living bodies need  living foods. 
You and I know that, but how are we supposed to deal with our friends  and family who think we’ve gone and joined a cult just because we don’t  want to eat food that isn’t actually food?
Criticism and snarky comments are usually offloaded for one of two reasons:
1. The person is oblivious to the detriments of poor diet, and is  ignorant about your reasons for choosing to eat the way you eat.
or
2. They want or know that they need to make certain changes, but aren’t willing to make them yet.
Nothing shines a light on our own un-actioned goals like seeing  someone else rocking them in their own life. Some of us are inspired by  seeing people make positive changes, and some of us are threatened. It’s  those who are threatened who will lash out with nasty and judgmental  comments.

What’s the solution?
You can either choose to educate them a little and tell them about  what you’ve discovered about eating whole, natural foods (in a caring  rather than condescending tone). Or, if you know that they absolutely  won’t want to hear it, just slip on your thick skin, let the comments  slide and lead by example.
If you’re on the receiving end of this kind of conviction, quickly  remind yourself that their comment has nothing to do with you and  everything to do with them. Try to see their innocence. Remind yourself  that you were once in their position, and that they will wake up if/when  it is the perfect time for them. Personally, it’s very easy for me to  forget that not so long ago I thought vegetarians were crazy people who  had just never tasted bacon.
Ultimately, the way someone else acts and thinks is out of our  control. We all wake up to different wisdom at different times and  if/when it is their time, they will come to you with questions about why  you look and feel so great.
We can’t change people – all we can do is stay focused on what is  best for us, and allow our light to be the inspiration someone else  needs to light up their own life.

Why is it that it takes something as dramatic as a cancer  diagnosis to wake you up to the way you should be living your life? One  wasn’t even enough for me. I needed to be hit with the C-bomb twice in  order to get the universe’s message that I was looking at life all  wrong.
&amp;#160;We tend to think that life comes at us, not from us; and that  our thoughts are a result of our reality rather than the other way  around. We struggle to climb the career ladder thinking that  status and enough money to be able to make weekly Net-a-Porta purchases  will make us happy. We plaster on the make-up and pretty personalities  in the hope that we will attract a partner that will complete us. And we  have images of Sex And The City type friendships in our minds,  making our own regular circle seem inadequate in comparison. This is  twisted thinkin’. While achieving all of this may make you happy to  begin with, after a while you get that empty unsatisfied feeling again  and off you go in search of better clothes, a better job and a better  partner in hopes that these material gains will help fill the void.
&amp;#160;We are constantly looking outside of ourselves for happiness, when all we need to do is send the search party within. It’s like my man the Dalai Lama once said,

“The central method for achieving a happier life is to  train your mind in a daily practice that weakens negative attitudes and  strengthens positive ones.”

Such a wise ol’ chap, isn’t he?

&amp;#160;There’s nothing worse than someone acting all holier than thou and  telling you that happiness is as easy as sitting on your tush in a  trance for an hour a day. So that’s not what I’m going to do. I’m going  to give you some easy, simple and do-able tips for bringing happiness  back to your life today. This second. Maybe before you even finish  reading this post. Sound good? Great! Let’s do this.
&amp;#160;10 ways to cultivate happiness RIGHT NOW!
&amp;#160;1. Count your blessings. The more you show gratitude  for the all the goodness you have in your life, the more goodness you  will attract. The universe rewards grateful people.
&amp;#160;2. Control what you can, let go of what you can’t.  Do you best and let nature do the rest. Instead of struggling, fighting  and beating yourself up over things that don’t flow as smoothly as you’d  like, accept what you can’t control. Learn to be wise enough to know  the difference.
&amp;#160;3. Learn to love yourself. According to the Mighty  Mother of Metaphysics, Louise Hay, most (if not all) of our issues stem  from the belief that we are not good enough. We’ve been berating  ourselves our whole lives – of course we aren’t happy! It’s time to turn  that around. Write out and repeat the affirmation, “I love and approve  of myself.” Stick it to your mirror so that it catches your eye whenever  you go to criticize yourself.
&amp;#160;4. Be kind to yourself. Do things that make you happy. Spoil yourself.
&amp;#160;5. Spend time with people who make you happy. When  you hang out with Negative Nancy and Alexander Downer, there’s no wonder  you’re in the doldrums. Surround yourself with positive, inspiring  people who you love to be around.
&amp;#160;6. Get some perspective. When it seems as though life has handed you a shit sandwich,  take a moment to think about all the people who are in far a worse  position than you. I guarantee that as bad as it seems, you will always  find someone struggling more than you.
&amp;#160;7. Eat real food. Nothing makes your body happier  than when you refrain from shoveling processed, chemicalised “food-like  substances” in your mouth and feed it with fresh, living, organic  plant-faced whole foods. It’s a happiness ripple effect from your cells  right up to your brain.
&amp;#160;8. Move you ass. Regularly. Get those feel-good mood  endorphins pumping by exercising every day. Or, as much as you possibly  can, anyway. Not only does exercise alter the serotonin levels in your  brain, but it will also cause you to shower yourself in praise for your  efforts. Double win.
&amp;#160;9. Pay it forward. Being charitable, doing your bit  for humanity, donating a portion of your paycheck, going out of your way  to do something for someone else – it all helps to make YOU feel good  as well. Not only will it attract good karma in the long run, but in the  short term it will give you a great feeling of self-worth.
&amp;#160;10. Get your OM on. I know I said I wasn’t going to  tell you to sit in a trance for hours each day, but how about starting  at just 15 minutes? The absolute best way to connect to your inner  whatever-you-wanna-call-it and re-connect your mind with your body is to  meditate. Start with 15 minutes a day of sitting silent and still,  focusing on your breath and work your way up to half an hour. It might  be a struggle at first, but the benefits will make it worth it.

After the hectic few months I’ve just had, I’m making a conscious  decision to spend the next couple of months indulging in some downtime.  It’s not that I have been neglecting my health in any way. Self care is  always my number one priority, but after successfully launching my  latest e-book I am going to reward my self with extra extra self care.  Plus, I have less than two months left of Gerson Therapy, so I figured I  would honour myself with some radical love during this time. If my life  were a yoga class, this would be my Savasana. 
What will this little healing hiatus entail? Well, by anyone else’s  standards my day-to-day schedule is pretty much packed with self care  practices, but I feel like I have room to ramp things up a little. I’m  going to dedicate the next two months to bodywork and soul nurturing.  I’m going to have two oncology massages per week instead of one, I’m  going to see a healer, I’m going to turn off my computer earlier and go  to bed earlier, I’m going to meditate more, do more yoga, spend more  time writing and pondering and less time hustling and plotting. It’s  going to be magical.

My Journey Experience. Warning: The following may be a little “out there” for some people.
A few weeks ago I read a book called The Journey  by Brandon Bays. This book is about how Brandon healed herself, after  being diagnosed with a tumour the size of a basketball, by being guided  by her subconscious on an emotional healing journey. If you haven’t read  this book yet, I highly recommend it. Even if you don’t have an illness  to address, the healing method uncovered in this book will intrigue  you. It intrigued me so much so that I felt pulled to hunt down a  Journey practitioner in my hometown. I found one and last week went to  visit her to see if she could help me uncover any clues as to why or how  I may have manifested cancer in my body. The result was fascinating.
Reading  from the Journey script, Kerri (my practitioner) led me into a  meditative state and then on a journey into my past, being guided by my  subconscious. I was doubtful about how successful I would be at this,  because I’ve never been great at visualisation exercises.
As expected, I got stuck. When Kerri asked me to recall images, I  couldn’t picture anything and felt like I should make up something. When  I told Kerri this she asked me how I felt about it. I said that  it made me feel inadequate, and kind of like I was failing the  exercise, and that made me ashamed. Little did I know, this statement  was to become a tell tale sign of a pattern in my past.
As the journey went on, images from my childhood came to mind. I  didn’t know whether I was forcing them, or my subconscious was actually  co-operating, but Kerri said to voice them anyway. As I did, she  recognised the pattern. Every memory that I brought up seemed to  revolve around me feeling embarrassed or ashamed about not being good  enough. When she probed me with questions about these memories,  everything stemmed back to a belief I held about myself around the need  to be special. The memories kept bubbling to the surface, and each one took me back to that underlying need to be special.
Where did that come from? Apparently it happened when I was very  young, perhaps even when I was still in my mother’s womb, and I heard  messages from my parents about the fact that I was a very special baby  and I was going to grow up to be a very special person. My parents took  eight years to have me, so to them I was beyond special. But some part  of me held onto that thought, and allowed it to feed my ego going  forward in life. I needed something to make me feel good enough – to  make me “special”. You see before the age of seven, we have no filter.  We absorb and believe everything we are told and hear – this is why  events and messages from childhood can turn into limiting beliefs and  have such a huge role in how we act as adults.
After my Journey experience was over, I thought about it and  recognised even more of the pattern. I have always had felt a need to be  defined by external titles and labels. At school I had to be the sporty  one or the smart one so that I would be good enough. Out of school I  had to get the amazing job and let that title define me, so that I would  be good enough.
What does this have to do with manifesting cancer? Well, when I had  the great job and still didn’t feel good enough, it seems like I created  a condition in my body – a rare form of cancer – that would most  definitely make me “special”.
Light bulb. As ridiculous as that may sound, my strong desire to be  “special” may have played a part in the manifestation of my disease.
Because the whole point of the Journey experience is to pinpoint  these underlying limiting beliefs and re-write them, Kerri then guided  me to create new beliefs about myself. We imprinted these affirmations:

I am good enough.
I approve of myself.
I am free to be me.
I am and will always be enough.
I love myself and who I’ve become.

The other element of the Journey was a part where I had the chance to  talk to my cancer. I visualised it by giving it a shape and a colour. I  was blown away by how accurately and quickly I was able to bring my  cancer to my mind’s eye. It was burgundy and really ugly to start off  with. But after having a conversation with it and thanking it for  everything it’s done for me, it actually became quite nice looking. It  looked like a shiny balloon that then deflated and vanished after I cut  the cord that attached it to me.
Like I said up above, some of you may think this is a little “out  there” and “woo woo”. Once upon a time, I would have had the same  sentiments. But coming from someone who has never danced with their  subconscious with this kind of clarity before, I was blown away. And I  truly do believe I have succeeded in connecting more of the dots and  piecing together more of the puzzle as to how I created cancer in my  reality. I also believe that in order to truly heal, we must address all  levels – body, mind, and spirit.

I’m reading Deepak Chopra’s Power, Freedom and Grace at the moment, and the night after my Journey experience I picked it up and happened to read this passage:
When you are comfortable with both your strengths and weaknesses, you radiate simple, unaffected humanity … Self acceptance, total  self acceptance, means self-forgiveness. When you forgive yourself and  stop judging yourself, then you won’t judge others, and there will be  less conflict in the world.

Our Cleansing / Fasting continue;
Now on day 12 of the 30 day program, and day 2 of our 4 days complete fasting.

Top weight for Olle during the Christmas indulgence was just over 88 kilos. This morning the scale indicated a weight of 83.8 only.

Connie also put on a bit, and she reached 68.1 kg as a top, and today was down to 65.0 – excellent.
(Bearing in mind that this is a cleansing program, not weight loss efforts at all.)

We also tested the energy today with a 90 minute session at the Miami Fitness Gym, very good energy with a 30 minute hard aerobic session and then several weight exercises.

The 30 day program we’re doing here is a self composed regimen here at Mudgeeraba HilltOnZ. Integrating in this we’re doing a fasting concept by Don and Tyler Tolman’s the Pulse program, 4 day fast / colon cleanse, followed by 10 days of the Pulse food.

When the sebaceous glands secrete too much oil, acne is the result. 

The oil normally flows from the glands to the skin’s surface. If, though, the dead skin cells accumulate, they can clog the pores. Since the skin reflects our internal health, acne is sometimes an indicator of toxic conditions. 

Too much waste product in the kidneys, liver, lungs, intestine or digestive problems can all give cause for breakouts. Other causes include allergies, high fat diet, emotional problems and pollution.

Good overall health is reflected by clear glowing skin. To achieve this skin, you need a balanced diet with regular exercise, adequate sleep and avoidance of such detrimental habits like smoking. High dose vitamin and mineral supplements may actually worsen the condition. 

By altering hormone levels, stress often triggers a flare up of acne. In turn, hormonal changes can stimulate food cravings, especially for commercial chocolates and other sweets. This means that the acne sufferers may erroneously attribute the acne to gorging on chocolates or sweets, rather than stress, the real culprit for both.

Researchers believe that nutritional yeast and foods containing zinc, like wheat germ and lima beans are helpful at clearing acne.

Skin Hydration
Because almost all biological reactions require water, it is vital to health. 

Health professionals advise drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily to improve circulation by making blood less viscous, thus opening blood vessels. The body cannot effectively flush waste and disease-causing toxins from the body without adequate hydration. Water helps at maintaining proper functioning of proteins, enzymes and connective tissues.

A powerful probiotic and blood cleanser is garlic. It can help your system internally t clean itself out, which means it would help to reduce acne. Garlic’s most powerful medicinal effects are felt when it is eaten raw and crushed. The taste and smell of garlic may be very strong, but it is not normally offensive. Raw garlic can be sprinkled on top of a meal at the end of cooking, added to a salad, included in a sandwich, among other innovative ways of eating it.

When applied externally, the nutritional and cleansing properties of garlic also give it a reputation as being an effective acne treatment. A cut clove rubbed gently on the affected area is reported to help reduce acne. Even after washing, garlic leaves a strong smell, so don’t apply it just before going out! Note: Raw garlic is very powerful and can produce a burning sensation and skin reddening, so don’t over do it topically.

Basic hygiene. Make sure you wash your face with mild soap every day, and don’t let your hair get greasy because the hair oil seems to make your face oil worse. It’s also a good idea to regularly wash icky, sweaty hats or sweatbands you use in sports.

Avoid mineral oil. This means avoid mineral oil based cosmetics and sunscreens and go for water based products when possible because they don’t clog the skin as much.

Diet. Try and eat plenty of fresh greens and vegetables while staying away from oily fast food. Although acne has more to do with hormones than diet, some people find that fried foods or cheap commercial chocolates disagrees with their skin. Be aware of what you eat, so if you have a bad breakout you can recognise possible triggers.

Do not eat:
Animal products, pork, lamb, beef, chicken, cooked dairy products and margarine. Refined (white) flour products, white rice, white pasta, white bread, processed foods including canned foods, packaged foods, frozen foods, chips, donuts, cakes, biscuits, hard alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, flavoured drinks, cordial drinks or any other beverages that contain sugars and other chemicals and colourings.

Do eat:
All sprouted seeds, grains and legumes including, mung, alfalfa, mixed salad, ect. All raw and steamed vegetables (including potatoes) which are best to eat later in the day. All fresh fruits, raw nuts and seeds including almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds are best. All whole grains, rolled oats, brown rice, rye, barley, buckwheat, linseed meal, millet. Whole meal bread, whole meal pasta, brown rice. Sun dried fruits like apricots, figs, dates and peaches. All fresh vegetable and fruit juices. Herbal teas with pure water (do not add milk or sugar).

The number solution: use baking soda as a facial cleanser and scrub.

    <title>Healing Conjunctivitis</title>

    <description>Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pinkeye, is an inflammation of 

the conjunctiva. 

The conjunctiva is the clear membrane that covers the white part of 

the eye and lines the inner surface of the eyelids.&amp;#160; Usually 

causing no danger to the eye or your vision, it is a fairly common 

condition. The inflammation can have many causes, the most common 

of which are infectious, allergic and irritant.

Apart from the discharge, conjunctivitis does not impair vision.&amp;#160; 

Most cases of conjunctivitis are due to a virus or bacterial 

infection.&amp;#160; Soft contact lens wearers should practice careful 

hygiene when handling their lenses.

Symptoms include itching, swelling and discharge.

The infection should clear within about a week.&amp;#160; To prevent 

conjunctivitis do not share makeup, towels or other’s eye 

medication.&amp;#160; Treatment normally involves eye drops or ointment.

Hygiene is important to prevent spread of an infection because 

conjunctivitis tends to be contagious.

Treatment
This varies depending upon the course, but usually involves the 

administration of saline drops. Cool compresses applied to the eye 

may help reduce itching and one tablespoon of salt to one quart of 

water in a dropper reduces swelling. If soft contact lenses are 

worn they should be disposed of. Once the infection has been 

resolved, new lenses can be inserted.

Helpful Foods

Bilberry, blueberry, other berries, wheat grass, garlic, fennel, 

tempeh, kale, spinach, grape seed extract, carrots, pumpkin, sweet 

potatoes, tomatoes, oranges, melons, plums, flaxseed oil, nuts, 

reishi mushrooms and kiwifruit. 
Herbs 
Eyebright 
Cayenne (chilli) pepper 
Because the eye contains a high percentage of vitamin C, adding 

this vitamin has marked effects. Most notable are the prevention 

and cure of cataracts, a cure for conjunctivitis, relief from 

bloodshot eyes and easing of inflammation. Vitamin C and lipoic 

acid is also especially helpful for reducing the pressure 

associated with glaucoma. 
Sterile, cold water, vitamin C Juice solutions, calendula tea, 

goldenseal and chamomile, compresses are topical treatments for 

conjunctives that are soothing to inflammation and healing. To 

relieve conjunctivitis symptoms as well as general eye inflammation 

and fatigue, drinking eyebright tea as its name implies helps do 

this. Another thing that works well is applying eyebright topically 

after the tea is strained and put into a glass eye cup can work 

very well. 
Maintaining Health Eyes
The eyes need to be nourished properly, like all other parts of the 

body. Proper eye care includes a healthy diet containing sufficient 

amounts of vitamins and minerals in addition to making sure that 

they eyes are not strained by too much intense close work or 

inadequate light.

You must make sure your diet contains the proper amounts of the B 

vitamins; vitamins A, C and E; and the minerals selenium and zinc 

in order to promote good eyesight. Good sources of these vitamins 

and minerals are fresh fruits and vegetables. Include plenty of 

these in your diet, especially yellow and orange foods such as 

carrots, yams and cantaloupes. To keep your eyes healthy, a well 

balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables can help.

Recommendations

Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green vegetables, raw cabbage, 

squash, sunflower seeds and watercress. 
To help prevent or alleviate most eye problems drink fresh carrot 

juice. 
Eliminate sugar and white flour from your diet. 
Avoid wearing tinted eyeglasses, especially on a regular basis. 

Dark glasses prevent needed light from entering the eyes. The 

sunlight largely governs the function of the pineal gland, which 

plays an important role in the regulation of metabolism, behaviour 

and physiological functions. 
Using hair dyes containing coal tar on the eyelashes and eyebrows 

can cause injury or blindness. Although coal-tar dyes are legal, it 

is illegal to market them for the eyebrows and eyelashes.

    <title>Understanding Prostate Cancer</title>

The second leading cause of cancer death among men is cancer of the prostate gland. It is primarily a disease of aging. 

Men in their thirties and forties rarely develop prostate cancer, but it increases steadily after the age of fifty. 

Approximately 80 percent of all cases occur in men over the age of sixty-five, and by the ages of eighty, 80 percent of all men have prostate cancer to some degree. Every man will eventually develop prostate cancer, many experts say, if he lives long enough. For the past several years, prostate cancer deaths have been declining.

The prostate, a walnut sized gland at the base of the bladder that encircles the urethra, is the tube through which urine is voided. The prostatic fluid, which makes up the bulk of the male ejaculate and nourishes and transports the sperm is produced by the prostate.

Although the exact cause or causes of prostate cancer are not known, there are certain risk factors that have been linked to its development. At increased risk are men aged sixty-five and older, and men who have a first-degree relative (parent or sibling) with prostate cancer. The incidence is higher among married men that it is among unmarried men. Men who have had recurring prostate infections, those with a history of venereal disease and those who have taken testosterone are also at increased risk. 

Maintain a whole foods diet by eating plenty of whole grains, raw nuts and seeds, and unpolished brown rice. Millet cereal is a good source of protein. Eat wheat, oats, and bran. Eat plenty of cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower.

Also eat yellow and deep orange vegetables, such as carrots, pumpkin, squash and yams. For the prevention of cancer as well as for healing, this type of diet is important.

Include in the diet, fresh cantaloupe, apples all kinds of berries, especially blueberries and strawberries; Brazil nuts, grapes, cherries, legumes, including chickpeas, lentils, red beans plus and walnuts. All of these foods help to rid the body of cancers.

Consume freshly made vegetable and fruit juices daily, carrot and cabbage juices being good choices.

Eat plenty of grapefruit, watermelon, tomatoes and tomato products such as tomato juice and tomato bases sauces. These contain a protection against prostate cancer called lycopene.

Include in your diet foods that are high in zinc, such as mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, spinach, sunflower seeds and whole grains. Zinc is vital for proper immune function and nourishes the prostate gland.

Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. This keeps the prostate working efficiently, hydrates the body and helps to eliminate toxins from the body.

Intake of cooked dairy products should be restricted. Consumption of sourced products such as yogurt and kefir is very helpful.

To obtain essential fatty acids, use cold-pressed organic oils such as sesame, safflower or extra virgin olive oil.

Do not eat meat. There is a definite connection between high meat consumption (five servings a week or more) and the development of prostate cancer.

Eliminate hard alcoholic beverages from the diet.

Get regular physical activity. Active men have lower risk of developing prostate cancer and maintain better health.

Enjoy regular sexual activity. Regular ejaculation activates the prostate gland, keeping it from getting stagnant and inflamed.

A common cause of shoulder problems is pain of the tendon, a cord that attaches to the muscle or the rotator cuff, which helps with circular motion. 

A sac of fluid under the highest part of the shoulder is called the Subacromial Bursa. After completing activities such as painting, playing a sport or lifting something you may have soreness.

The joint socket is shallow, which allows a wide range of motion in the arm. The main joint in the shoulder itself is formed by the shoulder blade and arm bone. The rotator cuff keeps the shoulder steady as the arm moves and is made up of four muscles that surround the arm.

How does the rotator cuff get hurt?
Resting on top of the shoulder is the supraspinatus muscle. Because of the position between the bones, this muscle is most often injured. As the tendon becomes sore or swollen, it can begin to be pinched between two different bones. The fluid that acts as a cushion may be damaged as well.

How do I know the rotator cuff is hurt?
When the rotator cuff is hurt, you can feel it in the front or outside of the shoulder. The pain seems to be worse when you lift something above your head or even raise your arm. The simplest task may be difficult with this pain. You may also be wakened at night because of the pain.

What can I do to help the pain?
Pain relieving strategies such as rest should help. You should not strain the shoulder by lifting anything heavy, but normal activity may continue.

With special exercises, normal function can be restored. Range of motion exercise is the first step in rehabilitation. By rotating your shoulders in large circles, when bended over, you can help avoid serious damage to the rotator cuff which is called frozen shoulder. After completing a range of motion exercises resistance exercises using rubber tubing or light dumbbells are next. After that weight machines may be used.

What exercises should I do?
Range of motion. Stand up and lean over so you are facing the floor. Let your sore arm dangle straight down. Draw circles in the air with your sore arm. Start with small circles and then draw bigger ones. Repeat these exercises 5 to 10 times during the day. If you have pain stop. You can try again later.

Rotator cuff strengthening. Use a piece of rubber tubing for these exercises. Stand next to a closed door with a doorknob. Loop the tubing around the knob. With your hand that is closest to the door, bend your arm at a 90 degree angle and grab the loop of the tubing. Pull the band across your tummy. At first, do one set of 10 exercises. Try to increase the number of sets as your shoulder pain lessens. These exercises should be done every day.

Upper extremity strengthening.&amp;#160; As your pain goes away, try adding a general upper body weightlifting programe using weight machines or free weights. Lie on your right side. With a weight in your left hand and your forearm across your tummy, raise your forearm. Keep your elbow near your side.

What else can I do to help this injury heal?
Blood flow to the tendon or bursa can be helped by doing aerobic exercises. This will help in reducing soreness and smokers should quite so that more oxygen can reach the injured area.

Eat cherries for pain, garlic for inflammation and drink lots of water.

What exactly are sinuses?&amp;#160; Sinuses are air chambers in the bone behind the jaw, eyebrow, and cheek. 

It produces mucus which is a fluid that cleans the bacteria and other particles out of the air you breathe.

What is sinusitis?
When the lining of your sinuses become inflamed, it is known as sinusitis.

What causes it?
When there is any swelling in your sinuses, you get sinusitis. This may occur because of change in temperature, using too much nasal spray, smoking or swimming can all be contributing factors. Some people have their sinus passages blocked because they have growths called Polyps.

A sinus infection can occur when sinusitis is caused by a bacterial or viral infection or they can occur after having a cold. Because the cold virus attacks the lining of your sinuses they can become swollen and narrow. By producing more mucus, the body responds to the virus. Bacteria can grow where there is built up mucus, in turn causing an infection.

What are the signs and symptoms of acute sinusitis?
If you have a cold that seems to get better and then worse again, you may have acute sinusitis. A sign of blocked sinus drainage or even acute sinusitis may be pain or pressure in the forehead, cheeks or between the eyes. Also, if you lean forward and feel pressure, this may be a sign. Stuffy nose, fever, and aching in your upper teeth may also be signs.

Tips on take care of your sinuses:

Get plenty of rest. Lying down can make your sinuses feel more stuffed-up, so try lying on the side that lets you breathe the best. 
Using saline solution, rinse your sinuses. 
Apply moist heat by holding a warm, wet towel against your face or breathing in steam through a cloth or towel. 
Sip hot liquids and drink plenty of fluids. 
Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables for vitamin C and bioflavonoid. 
Wholegrain products, legumes, nuts and other foods high in B vitamins. 
Sunflower seeds, vegetable oils, and avocados for vitamin E. 
Garlic, onions and chilies to alleviate sinus congestion. 
Drink raw milk and raw milk products. 
Avoid smoking and dry overheated rooms. 
Dietary changes for Sinus congestion. 
There are foods that act as mucus moving agents. These foods are chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and horseradish and they can help alleviate congestion. Capsaicin, the fiery sensation after eating a hot pepper, helps to open up the nasal passage and relieve congestion. A compound in horseradish called Allylisothiocyanate stimulates the endings of olfactory nerves, induces tears, and helps to thin mucus as well. Peppermint oil will help also.

THERE ARE MANY CAUSES OF CANCER, BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE PRIME CAUSE . . . THE LACK OF OXYGEN AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL. 
The Prime Cause of Cancer 
In order to understand the dramatic effect of increased oxygenation on cancer (and all anaerobic diseases) it is important to explain the conditions (and the only conditions) which allow cancer cells to not only survive but multiply and flourish. In order to do this an explanation of the metabolism of healthy and unhealthy cells must be explained- or in this case non-cancerous and cancerous cells.
A normal healthy cell burns oxygen and glucose (blood sugar) for energy and releases carbon dioxide and. This healthy cell is functioning aerobically- in the presence of sufficient oxygen. No anaerobic (cancer, Epstein Barr, herpes, mono, genital warts, etc.) can flourish, replicate or even survive in this oxygen rich environment.
An unhealthy or diseased cell is lacking sufficient oxygen but will still produce energy by burning mainly. This is very inefficient and a severe drain on the body. This energy burning process (sugar fermentation) releases mainly lactic acid and carbon monoxide instead of carbon dioxide. This cell is functioning anaerobically- with no oxygen present. Cancer, viral diseases, etc. flourish in this environment-little or no oxygen (and low PH).
Anaerobic cells must work harder than aerobic cells to produce energy from the glucose they metabolize.
Therefore, anaerobic cells burn much more glucose to produce the same amount of energy as aerobic. Cancer cells exhibit this anaerobic mode of metabolism- lack of oxygen, high glucose consumption, carbon monoxide and high lactic acid production. Cancer cells thrive in this high sugar-low oxygen environment but cannot exist in the opposite condition of high oxygen-low sugar mode of healthy cells.
Dr. Otto Warburg, whose name has been bandied about so often that his significance has been unjustifiably minimized, was a biochemist in cancer research. He won the Nobel Prize in Medicine for proving that a cancer cell cannot exist in an oxidizing, healthy cell. Dr. Waburgh was the director of the Max Planck Institute for Cell Physiology in Germany. In &quot;The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer&quot; 1967,
Dr. Warburg proposed that normalizing the metabolism of cancer cells was the key to effective treatment cancer and the means to accomplish this was to increase the oxygen content of the cells. Dr.
Warburg stated that as the first priority of treatment, &quot;-- all growing body cells be saturated with oxygen&quot; and the second priority was to avoid further exposure to toxins.
THERE ARE MANY CAUSES OF CANCER, BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE PRIME CAUSE . . . THE LACK OF OXYGEN AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL. 
Dr. Warburg&#39;s second priority to avoid further exposure to toxins is more difficult. We are exposed to toxins every day in the food we eat, water we drink and air we breathe. Every foreign invader that enters the body must be oxidized to pass through the body thus using valuable oxygen- oxygen needed for proper functioning. These unnatural substances include processed foods and preservatives (to extend life); food dyes; hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated foods; most vegetables oils (some rancid almost immediately); polluted water; chlorine, fluoride, lead, aluminum, etc. in water; polluted air (especially in the inner cities);smoking; excessive alcohol consumption; exercising to fatigue (moderate exercise is important); shallow breathing; pesticides; bleaching of napkins, toilet paper; etc. etc. etc.
Is it no wonder that most are oxygen depraved and diseases flourish.
It is therefore very important to supplement with oxygen daily. There are several oxygen supplements on market with more being introduced almost daily. This is the most important supplement you can take to avoid and reverse anaerobic diseases.

When skin cancer occurs in either basal cells or squamous cells, it is usually considered nonmelanoma. 

These cells may either cover the internal or external surfaces of the body, or are located at the base of the outer layer of the skin.

The majority of nonmelanoma skin cancers develop in places like the face, ear, neck, lips and even the back of the hands. They may be fast or slow growing, depending on the type, and rarely spread to other parts of the body.

What is melanoma skin cancer?
Melanoma is very rare. It is when a cancer begins in the Melanocytes, the cells that produce the pigment known as Melanin. Melanin is the protector of the deepest layers of skin.

Most often Melanoma is curable. It does however cause the majority of skin cancer deaths even though it counts for only a small percentage of skin cancer.

About how many people are affected by skin cancer?
The most common form of cancer is skin cancer. It makes up around half of all cancers in the United States. Each year, over one million cases of non-melanoma skin cancer is diagnosed.

What are the warning signs and symptoms of skin cancer?

A new growth, or any change on the skin. Look for a change in the size or colour of a mole or other darkly pigmented growth or spot. 
A change in appearance of a bump or nodule such as scaliness, oozing, bleeding. 
The spread of pigmentation beyond its border. This may be the dark colouring that spreads past the edge of a mole or mark. 
Sensation, itchiness, tenderness, or pain change. 
There is strong and growing evidence at this point in time. This evidence is challenging a fundamental belief that people need to lather themselves with sunscreen when in the sun. Using sunscreen may lead to more medical treatments and cancer deaths than not doing it.

Vitamin D is nicknamed the sunshine vitamin. This is because the skin produces it from ultraviolet rays. Sunscreen actually blocks the production of this. However, dermatologists preach that this is needed for protection when in the sun. Scientists are now questioning this advice because vitamin D seems so important in preventing and treating many types of cancer.

Within the last three months, studies have found that it may help protect against lymphoma and cancers of the prostate, lung and even the skin. The strongest evidence suggested protection for colon cancer.

Getting vitamin D is hard to do. Supplements are a problem and people can’t just get it from food and milk alone.

The thought behind the discussion is too little sun may be worse than the overexposure to the sun which may cause a rarely deadly cancer.

Scientists now believe that “safe sun”, about 20-40 minutes daily without sunscreen is more helpful than hurtful. No one however, is suggesting to fry in the sun daily.

Research suggests that for every one death caused by sun caused skin cancer, thirty can be prevented by using sunshine vitamin D.

Some of the best foods in helping to prevent skin cancer are carrots, yams, dandelion greens, kale, parsley, turnip greens, spinach, collard greens, chard and broccoli.

Nuts and beans are also a help in prevention.

In helping to aid in clearing skin patches and lesions, use fresh lemon juice. Use it 5 – 6 times daily directly on the spot of the skin. Don’t forget to get “safe sunshine” as well.

The Heart Foundation has finally trashed the last of its credibility.
Last week, (an ecstatic) Nestle announced that it had secured a Heart Foundation tick on 44 of the 46 breakfast cereals it sells in Australia.
The  line-up of tick-approved products will now include some of the highest  sugar breakfast cereals on sale in Australia. Milo and Milo Duo (both  29.7% sugar), Uncle Toby’s Oats Temptations (up to 34% sugar) and Uncle  Toby’s Healthwise for Heart Wellbeing (30% sugar) will join the  Kellogg’s Just Right (31.1% sugar) on the list of cereals the Heart  Foundation says you should be eating.
The  only two Nestle breakfast cereals now lacking the tick of approval are  Nesquick (31.7% sugar) and Uncle Toby’s Plus Protein Lift (25.3% sugar).  But don’t worry they’ll both be tickety-boo in no time. They’re currently being “reformulated”.
Nestle  won’t have to worry about reducing the sugar content while it is   reformulating. You see, the Heart Foundation doesn’t care about the  sugar content of a tick-approved product.
A  fan of my blog shared some his correspondence with the Heart Foundation  this week and it revealed some interesting insights into the process.
The Heart Foundation said:

“Sugar  is not a criterion because added sugar and natural sugars have similar  effects on the body and based on the current level of evidence, sugar is  not directly linked to [heart disease], diabetes, or obesity.”

Which  is a really odd stance to take because even the briefest glance at the  scientific literature would reveal that the cup of evidence against  sugar runneth over.
Take for example the recent review of the evidence (published in theAnnals of the New York Academy of Science), which concludes:

“…recent  data suggests that fructose consumption in humans results in increased  [stomach fat], [fat] dysregulation, and decreased insulin sensitivity,  all of which have been associated with increased risk for [heart]  disease and type 2 diabetes.”

Perhaps the Heart Foundation forgot to renew its journal subscriptions because its “evidence” proves sugar is not  dangerous. If (by evidence) you’re thinking about an extensive  literature review (oh say, like the one I just mentioned), you’d be  unfulfilled. If you’re thinking about a series of population studies,  disappointment is in your future. Even if you’re thinking of a single  rat study, you’re aiming too high.
No, the Heart Foundation’s “evidence” appears to be a single graph.  The (unattributed) graph shows an increasing trend of obesity plotted  against a decreasing trend of sugar consumption. There’s no sign of any  evidence about heart disease or diabetes, but perhaps we just have to  take those on faith.
Under  further questioning, the Heart Foundation revealed to my correspondent  that the source of the graph was the research conducted by Alan Barclay (the chap who helps the folks slapping low-GI stickers on packets of sugar). They referred him to theDietitians Association press release about Dr Barclay’s study for confirmation.
Unfortunately,  Dr Barclay’s paper has not been published, so figuring out how he  arrived at the graph is a little difficult. Just about the only thing  that is clear is that the graph produced by the Heart Foundation bears  no relationship to the data on sugar availability  (there is no current consumption data) from the Australian Bureau of  Agricultural and Resource Economics (a government department).
ABARE  seems to think that Australian domestic sugar availability has gone the  way we might have expected it to (from about 45 kilograms per person in  the mid-‘80s to about 62 kilograms per person in 2009).
But  even if the Heart Foundation’s graph was entirely correct, what would  it prove? Well, nothing really. No one is suggesting that sugar  consumption today results in instantaneous population-wide obesity.
The science  says that (one of the ways) fructose makes us fat is by interfering  with our appetite control over decades of continuous consumption. The  cumulative effect of this is steadily increasing weight and concurrent  metabolic dysfunction (which make us prone to Type II Diabetes and Heart  Disease).
The  increase in obesity statistics we are seeing now is likely to be a  result of the appetite disruption (caused by sugar) between the Second  World War (or even earlier) and now. So comparing today’s obesity  statistics with today’s consumption is a pointless academic folly (even  if it were accurate).
That would be rather like looking at this graph  of lung cancer death versus cigarette consumption in 1980 and  concluding that there was no correlation (because the lines had gone in  opposite directions since 1960). But this is exactly the scientific  method that the Australian Heart Foundation has deployed in justifying  its stance (that sugar is not a relevant criteria for its tick program).
That’s  not just bad logic, it’s not even bad science, it’s just straight out  deceptive. I guess this all raises the question, why would anyone (least  of all the Heart Foundation) be attempting to prove we eat less sugar  now? One glance at the local supermarket (especially the breakfast  cereal aisle) will tell us that is patent nonsense, so what would  motivate someone to suggest it is so?
I hope it’s not just the lousy few million smackeroos  the foundation makes every year from this little jape. Because if  that’s the sole motivation behind this pathetic denial, then it is a  dreadfully low price to pay for the health of a nation. The cynical  lawyer in me suspects somewhere, somehow, someone is making real money  out of this, but the father in me just wants the deception to  stop — now.

French chemist Louis Pasteur (1822-1895) — after whom the process of “pasteurisation” was named — was famous for his germ theory of disease. The theory states that pathogens cause disease so if you kill the pathogens, you stop disease. It remains one of the foundations of modern medicine.

Unfortunately, it is not widely know that on his death bed, Pasteur admitted: 
“Bernard was right, the germ is nothing, the milieu is everything.”

He was referring to the term “milieu interieur” — or “environment within” — coined by French physiologist Claude Bernard. Bernard claimed that total health was not related to germs; rather to the purity of the fluid environment in which body cells dwell i.e. interstitial/extracellular fluid.

Toxaemia is a polluted condition of the body’s inner terrain, due to impurities in the bloodstream. All disease stems from toxaemia. Pathogens cannot survive in a non-toxic system. The germs may be there but, in the words of Dr Richard Ablin, as quoted by Ross Home in Health &amp;amp; Survival in the 21st Century: “...they may turn out to be passengers on an already sinking ship.”

Far from the so-called advanced societies of the West live many cultures such as the Hunzans, the Abkhasians and the Karakorum, who commonly live to 120 years or more in amazing physical and mental health.

According to John Robbins in Healthy at 100, their diets have the following in common:

• They are low in overall calories, compared with Western diets 
• They are high in complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, vegetables and fruits 
• They are rich in whole foods with little if any processed or refined foods, sugar, corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavours or other chemicals 
• They consist of fresh, seasonal foods grown locally, not canned, frozen or packaged foods transported long distances 
• They are low in fat but the fats come from natural sources such as nuts and seeds not from bottled oils, margarines or saturated animal fats 
• They all derive protein primarily from plant sources such as beans, peas, whole grains, seeds and nuts.

In short, the longest-lived cultures in the world nurture their milieu interieur!

If you ever ask someone who they are,  they&#39;ll usually rattle off their job and where they live. &quot;Who are you?&quot; is a  deeper question though, isn&#39;t it? We are not our stuff or our work  role.
Most of us never think about who we truly  are. We are too busy getting to the next day and the next to stop and think  about what this journey is all about.
Your career is separate from your identity.  
What happens is that we spend more time in  our work life than we do in our &quot;other&quot; life ... our recreational or family  life. And work is, for the most part, stimulating and challenging, even  stressful. We have goals and targets we have to hit. So it is understandable  that it consumes our brain space.
On top of all that, you want to ensure that  your position is secure in the present, competitive job market.
Career is certainly an important part of  life. However, career and life are two completely separate entities. 
Can you confidently say that you are the  same person that you were several years before you accepted this position with  your current employer?
Do you know WHO you are .. apart from what  it says on your business card? You see many people, especially professionals,  who become too involved in upholding their corporate images while they&#39;re off  the clock. 
I once made a documentary about retirement.  Astoundingly most people - men especially - die within 2 years of retirement. As  we delved into the why&#39;s, it became clear that all they had in their life was  their work. Once they were retired, they didn&#39;t know who they were or where they  fit in to the big picture. Their lives were ego driven ... I don&#39;t mean ego in a  pretentious, arrogant sense ... I mean ego as being so separated from a  spiritiual sense of themselves. 
You are paid for a predetermined amount of  time each week. Your employer deserves to get exactly what he pays for. When you  are on the clock, give your employer 100% effort. Once that time is up, discover  activities that make you happy and express the real you.
I recently met a real estate agent socially.  On the job, he was focused and wore a tie and was exceedingly accommodating to  his clients. He loved his job. But away from work, when I met him, he was a bit  of a wild man. He&#39;d boot his Harley and be at the full mosh pit experience of  rock concerts. In short, he was his own man.
Some people think that &quot;being&quot; their job  gives them status. The truth is that only people who want to use you will give  you &quot;job status&quot;. Others will look at your accomplishments and your personality  to assign a status to you. Think about it ... isn&#39;t that what you&#39;ll be doing on  Saturday at the Federal Election (unless you are blocked into one way of  thinking always)?
You are a spouse, a parent, someone&#39;s child,  a friend, and the life of the party. You are an individual that is defined by  far more than a paycheck or a sign-in ID. 
Take stock today ... after hours, focus on  creating diverse non-work related aspects of your life, spend quality family  time, explore hobbies and interests. As you come to understand your journey and  purpose you&#39;ll enjoy the full quality of life.

Health officials around the world are facing a public health emergency as cases of swine flu are confirmed. Health officials across the world fear this could be the leading edge of a global pandemic emerging from Mexico, where numerous people are confirmed dead as a result of the new virus.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) raised its pandemic alert level to six on its six-level threat scale. The initial outbreaks across North America reveal an infection already traveling at higher velocity than did the last official pandemic strain, the 1968 Hong Kong flu.

Several nations have imposed travel bans, or made plans to quarantine air travelers that present symptoms of the swine flu, such as:

&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Fever of more than 100
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Coughing
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Runny nose and/or sore throat
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Joint aches
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Severe headache
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Vomiting and/or diarrhea
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Lethargy
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Lack of appetite

Top global flu experts are trying to predict how dangerous the new swine flu strain will be, as it became clear that they had little information about Mexico’s outbreak. It is as yet unclear how many cases occurred in the month or so before the outbreak was detected. It’s also unknown whether the virus was mutating to be more lethal, or less.

Have you been alarmed by the media’s coverage of the swine flu scare. It has a noticeable subplot – preparing you for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing you to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

On April 27, Time magazine published an article which discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak”, the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease”.
This is NOT the First Swine Flu Panic

This isn’t the first time the public has been warned about swine flu. The last time was in 1976. It resulted in the massive swine flu vaccine campaign.

Within a few months, claims totaling $1.3 billion had been filed by victims who had suffered paralysis from the vaccine. The vaccine was also blamed for 25 deaths.

However, several hundred people developed crippling Guillain-Barr&#233; Syndrome after they were injected with the swine flu vaccine. Even healthy 20-year-olds ended up as paraplegics.

And the swine flu pandemic itself? It never materialized.
More People Died From the Swine Flu Vaccine then Swine Flu!

It is very difficult to forecast a pandemic, and a rash response can be extremely damaging.

As of Monday April 27, the worldwide total number of confirmed cases was 82, according to WHO, which included 40 cases in the U.S., confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control.&amp;#160; But does that truly warrant the feverish news headlines?

To put things into perspective, malaria kills 3,000 people EVERY DAY, and it’s considered “a health problem”…&amp;#160; But of course, there are no fancy vaccines for malaria that can rake in billions of dollars in a short amount of time.

One Australian news source, for example, states that even a mild swine flu epidemic could lead to the deaths of 1.4 million people and would reduce economic growth by nearly $5 trillion dollars.

Give me a break, if this doesn’t sound like the outlandish cries of the pandemic bird-flu I don’t know what does. In 2005, in 2006, 2007, and again in 2008, those fears were exposed as little more than a cruel hoax, designed to instill fear, and line the pocketbooks of various individuals and industry.
What is the Swine Flu?

Regular swine flu is a contagious respiratory disease, caused by a type-A influenza virus that affects pigs. The current strain, A(H1N1),&amp;#160; is a new variation of an H1N1 virus — which causes seasonal flu outbreaks in humans — that also contains genetic material of bird and pig versions of the flu.

This does sound bad. But not so fast. There are a few reasons to not rush to conclusions that this is the deadly pandemic we’ve been told would occur in the near future

You may not know this, but all H1N1 flu’s are descendants of the 1918 pandemic strain. The reason why the flu shot may or may not work, however, from year to year, is due to mutations. Therefore, there’s no vaccine available for this current hybrid flu strain, and naturally, this is feeding the fear that millions of people will die before a vaccine can be made.

However, let me remind you of one very important fact here.

Just a couple of months ago, scientists concluded that the 1918 flu pandemic that killed between 50-100 million people worldwide in a matter of 18 months — which all these worst case scenarios are built upon — was not due to the flu itself.

Instead, they discovered the real culprit was strep infections.

People with influenza often get what is known as a “superinfection” with a bacterial agent. In 1918 it appears to have been Streptococcus pneumoniae.

Since strep is much easier to treat than the flu using modern medicine, a new pandemic would likely be much less dire than it was in the early 20th century, the researchers concluded.

Please remember that, despite the fantastic headlines and projections of MILLIONS of deaths, the H5N1 bird flu virus killed a mere 257 people worldwide since late 2003. As unfortunate as those deaths are, 257 deaths worldwide from any disease, over the course of five years, simply does not constitute an emergency worthy of much attention, let alone fear!

Honestly, your risk of being killed by a lightning strike in the last five years was about 2,300 percent higher than your risk of contracting and dying from the bird flu. I’m not kidding! In just one year (2004), more than 1,170 people died from lighting strikes, worldwide.

So please, as the numbers of confirmed swine flu cases are released, keep a level head and don’t let fear run away with your brains.

But it does raise serious questions about where this brand new, never before seen virus came from, especially since it cannot be contracted from eating pork products, and has never before been seen in pigs, and contains traits from the bird flu — and which, so far, only seems to respond to Tamiflu. Are we just that lucky, or… what?
Your Fear Will Make Some People VERY Rich in Today’s Crumbling Economy

According to the Associated Press at least one financial analyst estimates up to $388 million worth of Tamiflu sales in the near future and that’s without a pandemic outbreak.

More than half a dozen pharmaceutical companies, including Gilead Sciences Inc., Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and other companies with a stake in flu treatments and detection, have seen a rise in their shares in a matter of days, and will likely see revenue boosts if the swine flu outbreak continues to spread.

As soon as Homeland Security declared a health emergency, 25 percent — about 12 million doses — of Tamiflu and Relenza treatment courses were released from the nation’s stockpile. However, beware that the declaration also allows unapproved tests and drugs to be administered to children. Many health- and government officials are more than willing to take that chance with your life, and the life of your child. But are you?

Remember, Tamiflu went through some rough times not too long ago, as the dangers of this drug came to light when, in 2007, the FDA finally began investigating some 1,800 adverse event reports related to the drug. Common side effects of Tamiflu include:

&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Nausea
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Vomiting
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Diarrhea
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Headache
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Dizziness
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Fatigue
&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; * Cough

All in all, the very symptoms you’re trying to avoid.

More serious symptoms included convulsions, delirium or delusions, and 14 deaths in children and teens as a result of neuropsychiatric problems and brain infections (which led Japan to ban Tamiflu for children in 2007). And that’s for a drug that, when used as directed, only reduces the duration of influenza symptoms by 1 to 1 &#189; days, according to the official data.

But making matters worse, some patients with influenza are at HIGHER risk for secondary bacterial infections when on Tamiflu. And secondary bacterial infections, as I mentioned earlier, was likely the REAL cause of the mass fatalities during the 1918 pandemic!

As stated in the New York Times and elsewhere, flu experts have no idea whether the current seasonal flu vaccine would offer any protection whatsoever against this exotic mutant, and it will take months to create a new one.

But let me tell you, getting vaccinated now would not only offer no protection and potentially cause great harm, it would most likely be loaded with toxic mercury which is used as a preservative in most flu vaccines.

How to Protect Yourself Without Dangerous Drugs and Vaccinations

For now, my point is that there are always going to be threats of flu pandemics, real or created, and there will always be potentially toxic vaccines that are peddled as the solution. But you can break free of that whole drug-solution trap by following some natural health principles.

You can avoid the flu, without getting vaccinated, by following these simple guidelines, which will keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you’re far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with.

Optimize your vitamin D levels. This is probably the single most important and least expensive action you can take.

Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately, and as you likely know, a strong immune system is key to fighting off viruses and other illness. Be aware that sugar is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice.

Get Enough Rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you’re tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu.

Have Effective Tools to Address Stress. If stress becomes overwhelming then your body will be less able to fight off the flu and other illness.

Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads.

Take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils that are trans fats and in processed foods as it will seriously damage your immune response.

Wash Your Hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don’t use antibacterial soap for this — antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap.

Eat Garlic Regularly. Garlic works like a broad-spectrum antibiotic against bacteria, virus, and protozoa in the body. And unlike with antibiotics, no resistance can be built up so it is an absolutely safe product to use.

Avoid Hospitals and Vaccines In this particular case, I’d also recommend you stay away from hospitals unless you’re having an emergency, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds, and could be one of the likeliest places you could be exposed to this new bug.&amp;#160; Vaccines will not be available for six months at the minimum but when available they will be ineffective and can lead to crippling paralysis like Guillain-Barr&#233; Syndrome just as it did in the 70s.

Colds: Find a &quot;cure&quot; and millions will die because a cold is the body’s method of elimination by dumping toxins, viruses and bacteria overwhelm.

Eating foods high in Vitamin C is the number one best thing you can do for a cold.

A great thing to do for colds and a sore throat is to eat sliced onions. Eat them raw and cooked slowly, do not brown them though. Put them then in water until they are almost syrup and add a squirt of lemon and a tablespoon of honey and mix well. Some people strain the onion out, and others drink it down with the syrup.

Garlic is also a renowned remedy for colds.

Drink vitamin C-rich juice like orange, tomato, grapefruit or pineapple. This can help you get over a cold if you need to drink at least five glasses a day. Studies show it takes that much whole food vitamin C to reduce sneezes and coughs in cold suffers.

Serve a steamy bowl of comfort. Any hot liquid can help cut through congestion. Tomato soup and lemon juice work. You may like to add a little cayenne even.

Keep a glass of water on your nightstand because taking sips of water during the night is another way to moisten the nose and help breathing. This will also help to combat the dehydration that can result from a cold.

A daily 45-minute walk can help speed recovery from colds. A daily walk helps shake up and spread out the cells of your immune system making them more vigilant. Don’t push yourself, though, because exhaustive exercise can actually impair the immune system. If you pace yourself so that you can comfortable talk while you walk, you’re going at the right speed.

Snort salt water, for a stuffy nose, nasal sprays are safer and better than oral decongestants and other drugs. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a pint of water, and then use a nose dropper to drop it in your nose. Gently blow your nose on a tissue. Sit in a sauna or hot tub. There’s no sure way to prevent a cold but the Swedes may be on the right track. Researchers found that if you indulge in a sauna twice a week or more, you’re less likely to catch a cold because the high temperature blocks the cold viruses from reproducing.

The number one cause of colds is breathing trapped lifeless air like the air in cars, offices, homes and other closed buildings. Even in the winter, open the doors, windows and vent even for just 15 minutes or use ceiling fans, box fans or hand held fans just so you’re moving the air.

Fifty loaves of white bread doesn’t provide enough fiber to meet the suggested daily requirements one apple does.

Fiber = Transit Time.
Transit time refers to how long it takes something you eat to travel from your mouth the front door through your stomach, to the small intestines and then on into the colon or large intestines and on out the back door.

It is common for an average American to experience a transit time of three days to two weeks for meals to exit even though most of those persons studied were experiencing two or three bowel discharges daily. The discharges were meals consumed on average of four to six days earlier. Many doctors in their ignorance believe this is natural. It’s not natural, it normal. Normal means 51 percent or more.

Transit Time, Tell the Truthful Tale.
In observation of long-living cultures, the average transit time is from four to eight hours!

The longer waste materials stay trapped in the colon, the greater risk for various potentially harmful situations like the decaying of food internally.

There should be no doubt about the relationship between health in the intestinal tract and health in the rest of the body. Drugs Have Created a Whole New Market: “The Worried Well”

There are few Americans (and Westerners) these days who aren’t popping pills to treat a complaint OR to try and prevent one.

From headache medicine to cholesterol-lowering drugs, to sexual-dysfunction aids, there seems to be a remedy for every disorder out there – even some we didn’t realise existed!

The pharmaceutical industry has transformed the way we think about physical, mental, emotional and social lack-ness. NOT well-ness, not sickness, but it has created a vacancy, a void, a hole, a gap that their drugs can fill. They are turning more and more healthy people each year into patience or customers. We need to ask about HOW and WHY drug makers have begun targeting people who aren’t &quot;sick&quot;.

Today, this whole process is driving the marketing machinery of the drug companies. There are many ways and campaigns in which these massive organizations target people who can afford their magic drugs and potions.

The use of celebrities is now a standard way in which drug companies, don’t just promote their drugs, but try to change public awareness, public thinking and public perceptions about drugs. In some ads, the disease phrasing may be legitimate. But when you have celebrities getting paid big bucks to try changing the way we think about sexual difficulties or stomach problems or natural symptoms of stages of life, these are insidious campaigns.

There’s actually a whole mini-industry of celebrity brokers who bring together (celebrities and drug companies). The reason celebrities work so well in getting people to think about conditions and go to their doctors to request drugs, is because we trust them.

They are simply not telling you that they are on the (drug company’s) payroll. Of course, if they did tell you, your trust might diminish somewhat.

Aren’t there enough sick people that the drug companies can target? Why try and convince others they’re sick?

The pharmaceutical industry&#39;s sophisticated CEO&#39;s and marketing people are doing what shareholders demand of them. They’re looking for ways to maximize markets. One way is to redefine more and more people as “SICK”.

It’s sad but true. There’s an informal alliance between the drug companies and the medical profession and aspects of the patient advocacy world, that all have interests in defining more and more people as ill.

Every time a panel of “experts” comes together, they nudge the boundaries a little further out, whether it’s mental illness, cholesterol or high blood pressure. In the case of Diabetes and Obesity, now that these have been re-defined as “Diseases”, 100’s of billions are being made every year!

Being fat is not a disease.&amp;#160; 99.9% of the time it’s just eating and drinking junk, eating too late in the day, eating too much, and simply not moving.

We’re starting to see a fear of disease, decay and death becoming a central part of life. It probably wouldn’t take a large study to investigate the psychic impact of being told 10 to 30 times a day you might actually be sick, or have a &quot;lack&quot; within you. The marketing strategies of pharmaceutical drug lords continue to terrorise humanity, globally.

Think SPF 50 sunscreen will keep you completely safe from the sun&#39;s rays? Don&#39;t bet on it. According to a new study by the Environmental Working Group — a nonprofit that seeks to &quot;expose threats to your health and the environment, and to find solutions&quot; — three out of five sunscreens offer &quot;inadequate protection from the sun or actually contain toxic ingredients.&quot; Only 5 percent of the roughly 1,400 lotions tested by EWG met the group&#39;s stringent safety standards, while 42 percent may actually contribute to the growth of skin cancer. How is that possible? Here, a guide:
Wait ... using sunscreen can promote skin cancer?
It seems almost cruel, but that&#39;s what the animal tests conducted by the Environmental Working Group suggest. The main culprit is vitamin A, which many sunscreen makers include in their products for its purported anti-aging properties. Unfortunately, says EWG, the common vitamin A derivative&amp;#160;retinyl palmitate&amp;#160;also speeds up the growth of cancerous cells in lab mice by as much as 21 percent when combined with sunlight. Skeptics caution, however, that just because this effect occurs in mice, doesn&#39;t mean it occurs in humans.
Are there any other health concerns with sunscreen?
The EWG also warns against products — an estimated 60 percent of those on the market — that include the potentially &quot;hormone-disrupting compound&quot; oxybenzone, added to boost protection against UVA rays. There is no consensus on the issue, however, and many experts maintain that oxybenzone is&amp;#160;safe.
Has the government taken a position on which sunblocks are safe?
Not yet. The Food and Drug Administration is issuing new safety and labeling guidelines for sunscreens — in the works since 1978 — as early as October. But the rules won&#39;t be enforced for a year or more,&amp;#160;says the EWG, meaning &quot;the first federally regulated sunscreens won&#39;t go on store shelves before the summer of 2012.&quot; The group also claims that the FDA has been aware of the problems with vitamin A for many years, but has neglected to alert the public or take any regulatory action.
Is EWG being overly alarmist?
The sunscreen lobbying group the Personal Care Products Council calls EWG&#39;s report&amp;#160;&quot;reckless,&quot;&amp;#160;saying unfiltered exposure to the sun is a far greater threat to your health than the ingredients in any sunscreen. At least some skin doctors agree. &quot;EWG is kind of the Chicken Little of the sunscreen arena,&quot;&amp;#160;says Florida dermatologist James Spencer. EWG acknowledges that the evidence underpinning some of its warnings is&amp;#160;&quot;not conclusive,&quot;&amp;#160;but argues, why risk using &quot;suspect&quot; products?
So which sunscreens should I use?
Avoid most of them, according to EWG. Of the 500 most popular sunscreens tested, the group recommends only 39. The top scorers include products from Jason Natural Cosmetics and All Terrain brands. (See the EWG&#39;s best-rated sunscreens.) EWG recommends lotions over sprays or powders. Consumer Reports, however, lists five spray-on sunscreens as its top protectors (Target tops the list) in terms of blocking UVA and UVB rays.
How can I best protect myself against the sun?
Cover yourself with hats and clothing, as much as possible. When you use sunscreen — and you should definitely use sunscreen — make sure you&#39;re applying the proper amount (about a shot glass full, or twice as much as people typically use, says the EWG) about 20 minutes before you go outside. Reapply the full amount every two hours — or sooner, if you&#39;ve been sweating, swimming, or dried off with a towel.

Fasting has existed since the beginning of life on earth. An ill or injured animal’s first instinct is to abstain from solid food until it is again healthy. They instinctively know that the healing process will be much faster and more effective when it abstains from solid food that will burden its digestive tract. The instinct has always existed within the animal Kingdom.

The human body also has the same instinct, for it is common for most people to stop eating when illness strikes. There is a widespread practice of fasting in many religious cultures, both ancient and modern, around the world.

Fasting has been both as a religious ritual and for preventing and curing diseases. Fasting purifies the body of earth’s wide variety of pollutants, thereby improving bodily health and function. Many health advocates today fast several times a year. Fasting improves the body’s capacity and ability to better utilize the food eaten.

When the body gets no rest from processing food day after day, the digestive and cleansing systems are often subject to an uninterrupted workload. Environmental pollutants also contribute to this workload. Also, excess protein tends to acidify the body in an unhealthy way.

The body is often unable to rid itself of all these stored toxins, waste products, excess proteins and fat deposits. If this conditions continues long enough, it can lead to cancer and other innumerable diseases. Fasting is necessary to give the digestive system a rest, and more importantly to cleanse the body.

During a fast, many biochemical processes will take place in the body, resulting many reactions outside the body as well. The body’s metabolism is a complicated procedure involving digestion, nutrient transport through the blood, any lymphatics for energy and tissue building and the transport of waste products and toxins to the body’s excretory organs. The excretory organs include the large intestine, the kidneys, the bladder, the lungs and sweat glands.

These metabolic processes will take place whether you supply the body with food or not. The body will start releasing low-grade energy stored as fat, which will rapidly decrease body fat levels. Since the blood is always trying to keep its level of protein constant, it will keep these levels up by also breaking down inferior tissues of diseases, damaged, aged or dead cells, abnormal growth tissues, tumours and other undesirable tissues.

In the same way the body changes or adjusts negatively to adverse conditions, it can change and adjust positively to favourable conditions. The physiological process of degeneration will change to regeneration when you supply better food, better air, better water and living habits.
To better understand the cleansing process of the body, you need to understand that the body is, simply put, a system of tubes of different sizes and functions. Your digestive tract is a long tube extending from your mouth to your eliminative passageways. Your circulatory system is a series of connecting tubes starting with the nostril tubes and connecting with other tubes of blood, sinuses, etc. Your brain, your lymphatic system and your hair are tubes. The very pores of your skin are tubes rising from the internal structure of your body. The tubes vary in size from the width of a single cell to many inches, as in the stomach.
Whenever there is a blockages of a tube, disease can set in. An aneurysm is a clogging or breaking of a brain tube, and a stroke is a blocking of blood tubes leading to the brain. A varicose vein is a vein that is blocked and has burst within. A hernia is a break in the muscular tubes, and constipation is the blockages of the colon tube.
When the body begins to consume liquid light crystals in fresh fruit and vegetables juices and milks and water, then it will be constantly cleansing. The liquid crystals act as a strong solvent in the tubes of the body to dissolve the obstructions, which interfere with smooth functioning. When you are fuelling your body with livening liquids that have a very high vibration, and have eliminated the low level, coarse vibration that comes from solid foods then the tubes are able to unclog, and all of their toxic build up and morbid accumulations will be pushed out through the tubes of the body for expulsion. Their low vibration will go with them. This cleansing is what happens in an extended fast on water or living juices, and sometimes discomfort is experiences in the form of nausea, hunger and pain.

We have all felt the effects of fatigue at some time or another, which can end up affecting relationships and in some case’s our livelihood. Changes to your lifestyle can lead to an increase in energy and can be achieved through changes in your diet, exercise routine or through the use of supplements to increase your energy and stamina.

It is important to eat foods which have a high nutritional value which can supply you with energy throughout the day, in particular foods which are low in the glycemic index which will slowly release glucose into the blood stream which will give you a constant supply of energy.
Aerobic exercise can also greatly reduce fatigue. People who regularly engage in exercise experience better sleep and when exercise is performed on a regular basis they usually fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply and awaken less frequently than sedentary persons.
Getting adequate amounts of sleep can greatly affect the fatigue a person may experience the next day. The usual amount of sleep required to functional optimally is around eight hours. It is important to allow adequate down time before going to sleep so that you don’t go to bed and struggle to get off to sleep. It is also beneficial for those who have trouble getting off to sleep to avoid eating foods which are high in sugar and caffeine before going to sleep.
There are a range of supplements which are very effective at increasing your energy and stamina. Some of these include ginseng, guarana and coenzyme Q10 which can boost your energy substantially. Some people may also find that their diet is deficient in iron and magnesium and when these are low it can lead to fatigue and lethargy so supplementation of these important minerals can improve energy when a deficiency exists.</description>

Some people are so narrow-minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes at the same time, that is not a mindset for change and healing.

Realize that if you are 50 years, 100 years or maybe even 150 years old, you can still have been deceived and lied to - all through your life. What we have learnt over the years, what we have had programmed into our brains is exactly what we see in our lives today. Consequently it stands to reason that we cannot change our situation, be it healing from a disease, changing our financial situation or relationships - without changing our mindset, a willingness to relearn.

Our bodies are a set of tubes, and the flow through these tubes are like a river. Feed the river with healthy water in one end, make sure there is no obstacles and a good healthy flow, and let&#39;s the water disappear out of the river in the other end.

This is it folks - anything else you heard are artificial complications for the sake of complicating things.


From these we have three very simple tasks ahead of us;

1.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Feed the river, making sure to maintain an abundant input of fresh healthy food and water.

2.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Make sure you keep your river clean, free from any obstacles that may hinder the flow.

3.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Thirdly - get rid of the shit - regardless if it&#39;s coming out the back door, or it&#39;s sweating, coughing, vomiting - if it wants out - let it out.

Quantum physics have now made it completely clear to us; -&amp;#160; WE ARE ONE!!!

We are all connected, we are one energy, and we are the flow of this energy. The energy flows around the entire universe, the energy flows in and out of the planet and the energy flows in and out of our illusionary existence.

If you break down your body into its smallest component, if you break down a pebble on the ground to its smallest component and if you break down of water molecule to its smallest component - you have one thing - you have energy.

It is the flow of this energy that keeps us alive, it is the flow of this energy that keeps planet Earth in existence. In addition this flow of energy transforms into different material things, and in these materials that energy maintains the flow through a set of natural laws.

The planet is flow.

It isn&#39;t the earthly flowing around the sun, and at the same time flowing around its own center axle. What would happen if we stop that flow?

A flow, or a movement if you want to reword it, either way it is through this flow that energy is generated, subsequently we are created as we are only an accumulation of energy. Not stagnant energy but continuously flowing energy.

Energy are present where you have any level of temperature and movement, lack of energy is no temperature and no movement equalling absolute DEATH!

In physics, energy (from the Greek ἐνέργεια - energeia, &quot;activity, operation&quot;, from ἐνεργός - energos, &quot;active, working&quot;[1]) is a quantity that can be assigned to every particle, object, and system of objects as a consequence of the state of that particle, object or system of objects. Different forms of energy include kinetic, potential, thermal, gravitational, sound, elastic, light, and electromagnetic energy. The forms of energy are often named after a related force. German physicist Hermann von Helmholtz established that all forms of energy are equivalent - energy in one form can disappear but the same amount of energy will appear in another form.

Our thought is a flow of energy?
Is LOVE then - the energy that flow through the body and continuously renew our spirit?
Have you ever felt “uplifted” and “energised” when “feeling in love”?

Our thoughts are strong energy that can travel long distances, they are also creative energy, we think we believe and we manifest in our physical reality,

Nevertheless it is just a flow.

Rivers and other waters.
The fastest and easiest area of study the fatal result of stagnation, lack of flow, is in their water systems around the world. How many times have humans interfered with nature, stopping the flow in a river or lake just to cause death and devastation.

It is in a smaller scale, but it does happen in human bodies every second. I would like to make the bold statement that cancer and cardiovascular conditions isn&#39;t the big killers - they are barely the symptoms.

The big killer these days - second to none - are our own habits and the sickness industries approach, and the devastating obstructions on our own river and flow - commonly called the body.

Air flows with temperature and wind.
In the nature the over all flow of energy causes temperature changes, wind movements and thus a continuous flow and energizing of our air. Air need to flow and need to be energized in order to serve living in bodies well.

Another obvious fact that the humans often ignore when creating at the shelters, over and over in ignoring their requirements of flow in all the elements on the planet. We get continuously reminded when people get sick and die in a modern buildings, when it is as simple as obscured flow and subsequent accumulation of toxins.


Here in Australia we see it on the coral reef.
Again our miraculously intelligent universe are looking after the flow into our oceans, high and low tide, and temperature variations. All in a minute perfection with one purpose - keeping the flow.

Looking at the Great Barrier Reef along Australia&#39;s north east coast, the Oceanside and other exposed areas have lively and colourful corals. While sheltered and hidden away bays soon see the corals fade away and die.

Our body is a river.
So please wake up to the obvious - our bodies are totally constructed from tubes, and are a good miniature copy of the planet itself. And as the planet has one vital requirements for survival, keeping the flow in all areas - be it air, water or food / minerals and nutrition&#39;s or after conversion blood or plasma.

Ageing is stagnation.
The suicidal age 60 years plus.
We are programmed, indoctrinated and conditioned to start aging, - that is to start dieing at this preset age. And how do we complying?

It&#39;s simple - just shut down the flow.

Closing the doors and windows, so the little breathing we do is poor and unhealthy air. Be careful not to raise your pulse - you might get a heart attack - instead don&#39;t have any oxygen flow in the body and dying slowly.

As we don&#39;t use any energy we don&#39;t require any, consequently we are shutting down the major tube system in the body - the so-called digestive system.

Finally we increase the dehydration stage we have made ourselves used to over the years, sitting still in temperature controlled cubicles numbs our body and we get no alerts regardless of the severeness is of the increasing dehydration

The search to find a cure for Breast Cancer gathers momentum year after year.

Globally, billions of dollars are being raised through countless charities to fund new scientific research to find the critical cure for this mysterious cancer that attacks women at random.

Is it really a mystery? No. Will they ever really find a cure? Absolutely not.

It sounds cynical I know. But what’s so incredible is that the incidence of breast cancer even 20 years ago was nothing like it is now. So, maybe escalating cases of breast cancer has more to do with HOW and WHY it’s being “diagnosed” as opposed to a legitimate bio-chemical, genetic new attack on women around the world.

Unfortunately, there is billions of dollars in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, so this scary disease will not go away any time soon.

Let’s take a look at one of the main causes of breast cancer.

Recent studies have revealed that wearing a bra for 12 hours a day can increase your risk of getting the disease by 100 times. The statistical link is even stronger than the link between cigarette smoking and lung cancer.

The hypothesis here is that straps, side panels and underwire and other structures of the garment cut off drainage from the lymphatic system, which helps remove toxins and waste products from the cells. The longer you wear a bra, the more hours those toxins are trapped in your breasts. And after many, many years of doing this, the end result can be a breast tumor. So whenever possible, woman should avoid wearing bras (particularly to bed) to allow the flow lymph fluid from the breasts.

If you’re concerned about the breast health, quite often the worst thing you can do is go in for a check-up. The medical community all too often can be quick to mis-diagnose and mis-treat with cut, burn and poison.

Instead, drink plenty of clean water, kick up your sea salt intake, eat raw wholefoods and get heaps of sunshine (also on your breasts). Stop eating dead animals (meat) and cooked dairy products and definitely do not smoke.

In particular eat plenty of citrus foods which share the ‘signature’ of the breasts. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of getting into the sun!! Women who limit their exposure to the sunshine will have lower Vitamin D levels and an increased risk of breast cancer in addition to an increased risk of osteoporosis.

Continuing on our discussion yesterday, regarding health, well being and vitamin supplementation.

First of all I would like to congratulate you to your successes, you&#39;re doing a great job so keep it up. I know we are helping many people into better health, with the supplement recommendations, with your mass arches, and with positive attitude and consultation.

Congratulations, I&#39;m sure you are going to achieve your goals and successes from your hard work.


I am a firm believer that supplementation is an important part of our lives today, we are exposed to an enormous amount of physical and mental stress. Many of us are accustomed to a diet of over processed dead and nutritionally poor food.

As my friend Samantha Backman puts it; “We are digging our own graves with our knife and fork.”
Meaning, what we eat is killing us, our dietary habits through the 20th century - have proven to be a disaster.

I have taken vitamin supplements since the mid-80s.
I&#39;m alive, energetic, creative, enthusiastic and feel terrific, I am cheerfully and ambitiously are looking forward to my next 50 years. Although I do not have a parallel body for comparison, I certainly contribute a big part of my good health to supplementation. (Especially since my diet and clean living certainly haven&#39;t been the best over past years.)

I have for years been joking about being stuck at the age of 25 years. But aside from originating as a joke and partly still is, I really do feel young both in mind and body. Besides, everything in our life is controlled by the subconscious mind, a subconscious mind that can not tell the difference between imagination and reality.

Consequently keep telling your subconscious mind that you are young and healthy - and you will stay young and healthy.


The laboratory testing and that type of scientific proof are not always reliable;
Unfortunately the health industry (or correctly the sickness industry) is run and controlled by trillions of dollars - and among those amounts of the mighty dollar - ethic and truth will put on the back benches.

The company requesting a laboratory test of their products, are doing so expecting a certain result. If the laboratory fails to produce the desired results, a couple things may happen.

The laboratory being a commercial institutions, (yes, universities of very much commercial institution, in that a large proportion of all their funding, thus existence, comes through industrial projects and funding.) may experience a loss of a good client.

The results of the testing will not be published, should it not be supportive news for the product.

If the laboratory produces continuous reverse, or negative, results they simply ran out of customers, contracts - and cease to exist.


Health, ageing and related problem is really very simple.
These are topics made very complicated by the sickness industry, this hype, lies and illusions - have fooled both the general public and authorities. It have therefore rewarded this, the largest and the most powerful industry sector in the world - beyond comparison - with a continuous flow of billions and trillions of tax payers money.

There on many ancients simple truths that can maintain health, youthfulness and vitality in hundred years or more. Almost everyone of this truths has at some stage been attacked by the sickness industry (sometimes in partnership with the churches) and the truths had either been buried, burnt or turned into lies.

Which hunting, is one of many processes used to bury medical truths. And we don&#39;t need to look far into the history books to find a book burning processes, the churches continues attempt to promote God as the only healer at the expense of the powers within the human body.

You are God, or you have God within you, consequently all your health, healing and recovery from problems are coming from within. Go tell that to a local pill and drug merchant (doctor) or to your hell, fire and fear preacher (minister) and you will see that they either ridicule you or try to punish you in one way or the other. - Nothing has changed.


Some simple facts;
The grey hair and related aging symptoms is caused by mineral deficiencies, specifically copper but many others as well. (Supplementation my therefore be a good contributor in keeping you young.)
easily solved with supplementation.

Aging is simply the process of slowing down cell regrowth, cell growth can’t be retained in dehydrated body, and as we are constantly dehydrated we voluntarily accelerate our ageing.

Theoretical solution;
Put a 5 L water tank on your head, let it drip feed into your system on a rates controlled by your pulse - making sure you&#39;re emptying the tank each 24 hour period.

Our body is 75% 85% water whereof 50% is replaced every 2 weeks, the rest are sodium, potassium and sulphur minerals that are replaced monthly. This 4 ingredients is who you are – and all you are – well physically anyway.


So supplementation is good, but no one could or should base a complete holistic health approach on supplementation only. Our bodies are designed a bit like a complex river system, thousands or millions of tubes and channels, and the most important thing is to maintain a continuous flow through these channels.

Block up and stagnate any water system and you will have decay, rottening and most living things in the water will soon be dead. Our whole bodies are like rivers and will die if forced into stagnation, hence why we need the “exaggerated” volume.

Large amount of air.
Continuous flow of water.
Excessive amounts of fresh easy digested food
Continuous flow in the digestive system.
Regularly excessive flow of breathing. (exercise)

Have you notice how we close down the flow as we grow older, Eat Less, Drink too little and we doesn’t move – a bit bluntly; this is paving our path to the grave.

Naturally, vitamin supplements, contributes very little to this flow in the River.

Health problem number one
&amp;#160;

Holistic health starts in the brain
Whatever happened to us we attract&amp;#160; (see the movie; The Secret)

Whether it is disease an accident or creating fortunes - we create it in the brain and subsequently attract it – “manifest in our physical reality”.

Meditation is an ancient perfect tool for control of this creation process, it was neglected and all forgotten in the western world for thousands of years - but is slowly coming back in awareness and practice.

Your mind is divided into 80% to 90% subconscious mind, and only about 10% conscious creative and responsive mind. The purpose of meditation is to communicate with these 90% subconscious mind – aligning the different parts, and have them working towards your conscious goals and successes – rather than against each other.

Meditation is a 5,000 to 8,000 year old technique, in my opinion shoved at and removed from the western world by the churches - and replaced&amp;#160; by religious prayers.

Meditation and prayers are actually very similar; prayers however focusing on handing the power to an external force IE a God in heaven, the church&amp;#160; or your local priests.

Meditation on the other hand put both power and responsibility in your hands, you are the God , you create your life day by day - so go inside your mind through meditation – in your heaven within, you will find all your problems and all the solutions to these problems.

Get your minds and thinking straight – your body “at ease” and you will find that “dis ease” can’t live in a body “at ease”.

Unhealthy problem number two;


Cell memories
So-called Cell Memories, scientifically defined as the DNA’s, is our old programs and patterns, these programs are stored in the subconscious mind, and in each individual cell. The memory can be a physical shock from early childhood or even in the womb, it can be deeply rooted poverty patterns from poor parents - was something inflicted by poorly educated schoolteachers.

These patterns / memories create our habits.

It can be habits of over eating, smoking or drinking, or continuos development of physical diseases. They manifests in the relationships we get into, the accidents, the “luck” or “bad luck” we encounter in life.

Cleaning out these “Cell Memories” have seen cancer and other diseases disappearing out of the body, eyesight and mobility improving, and mental condition disappearing.

Unhealthy problem number three

Our eating habits, all the crap we shove into our faces, polluting and causing permanent damage.

Again vitamin supplementation is a very good and helpful thing, but it does do very little to compensate for an over all crappy diet. If you live on over processed meat products, and your vegetable intake is a handful of over processed, and cooked beyond recognition greeneries - then the vitamins gonna do very little to save you.

Meaning, what we eat is killing us, our dietary habits through the 20th century - have proven to be a disaster.

Only a well balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins and fat will save us, and it have to be fresh produce and a high percentage of raw vegetables. Yes this is the bad news - you have to start chewing your food, living on mushed potatoes and minced meat is as safe path to a painful and miserable aging.

On the other hand, keep your diet and 50% to 80% raw or very lightly cooked vegetables, complemented with a good flow of water, and you will join me on the tennis courts when we make it into the century of living.

Unhealthy problem number four

Maybe we are slipping into solutions, but what I&#39;m looking at here is the buildup of toxic waste in the body. We clean the external body on a daily basis - how often do clean the inside?


Did you know
That plaque and buildup in your intestines - (could be defined as an old rotten cow laying there it in a decomposing state, just to illustrate the severity of the problem) - is damaging the intestine walls and causes leaking of toxic waste into your body and blood stream - when it actually was meant to be excreted out the back door.

This is common knowledge in the industry, but when did your doctor last recommend to you to go home for a 30 day fasting and cleaning of the body?

Connie did a three week fasting and cleansing process late last year, and she has just posted a video here describing a colon cleansing process. In addition we have our weekly cleansing of the body, leaving only on the freshly squeezed juice of carrots, apples, beetroot and lemon - every Monday of the week.

Start planning for two or three extended fasting / cleansing periods per year, and leave off one day per week for the body to rest and cleanse.

Unhealthy problem number five

Dehydration and and cell growth………

Our cell growth starts its decline in our 30s, and the downhill accelerates from there. However that accelerated decline is not purely accidental, it is self inflicted through our constant dehydration of the body.

I had a lady once responding; “”Well some wrinkles in the skin, is just part of it and quite cute actually””.
Well, it&#39;s not only externally we noticed a slowing cell growth, the effects of the same throughout the body, so how cute is the wrinkles in your heart, your liver and your lungs?

Theoretical solution;
Put a 5 L water tank on your head, let it drip feed into your system on a rates controlled by your pulse - making sure you&#39;re emptying the tank each 24 hour period.

That could possibly be close to the ideal hydrated stage.
Feeling thirsty - is the body&#39;s way to tell you that you are in a serious state of dehydration, not that it&#39;s time to have a drink - but that you should have been drinking one or two hours ago.



But this has to be enough for the session;

So in conclusion;

Unless you are a scientist capable of analysing the exact the traditional values in all you eat, (and I don&#39;t mean reading the labels, that&#39;s commonly a bloody lie anyway) then take your supplements every day. It may be a small paying for the wallet now - but that is nothing compared to the pain malnutrition we cause you in your latter days.

But even more importantly make sure that the bulk of your food intake is fresh, raw or minimally processed.

Enjoy a long and healthy life.

Hope you&#39;re all as uplifted, energized and excited as I am today, boosted and encouraged by some wonderful hours with Don Tolman yesterday. If you are in Brisbane Melbourne or Sydney - you should kick yourself if you miss this opportunity. Health is so simple, straightforward common sense - all the complicated stuff, the Latin words and the long explanations - are all bullshit aimed to clean out your bank account.

No health is miracles, or super advanced scientific research and breakthroughs, and health doesn&#39;t come from pills whether natural or patented and toxic pills. The body is fully capable of healing itself, 95% disease is caused by some shit (toxins we eat and drink on a daily basis.) cleans it out and you&#39;ll be fine.
Continuing the 24th of April;
Here’s a thought; - “One-off” things doesn&#39;t harm us, but our habits does.
We can have our ice cream, or a drink occasionally and it&#39;s no problem, and even indulging in over eating bad greasy food. However if you make any of the above a habit, eating the wrong food or having a drink on a daily basis, then you are on a safe path towards sickness and problems.

Here at Connie&#39;s health, with the help of the entire team here, we want to educate people and get them into good habits. IT IS YOUR HABITS THAT CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOU.

Well back to the doctors, and again I throw the questions to YOU;
Can you name one prescribed drug that actually cures a disease?
When did you see a doctor addressing the areal root cause of a problem, and not the usual approach of attacking some symptoms?

The body is like a river, it requires a constant flow. Try blocking up a river and you will soon find every living thing in the river starts to die.

In our bodies out flow we are well aware of the normal out flow, urine and faeces, while we often forget things like sweating, tears, air, coughing and sneezing etc. And how eager are we to block this flow in the body – our river?

Starting with the clothing, using two small and tight fitting clothes are a severe blockage for free circulation in the body, especially if the clothing is used for long periods of time. (In other words sleep naked.)

Then how much “anti”-stuff is we using; anti-perspirants, anti-diarrhoea, anti-cough medicine, anti-nausea - anti everything. Throw out these disease creators from your house and environment and you have taken a giant leap towards better health.

To finish this off with a exact medical recommendations;
If you feel like peeing or shitting, then do so, if you feel like vomiting, make sure your vomit, if you&#39;re hot sweat it out. And if you have a cold; blow your nose, cough and spit out what wants to come out.

And if some idiot has scared you about dehydration, then drink 5 litres of water and see if you dehydrated.

    <title>Is it a joke or a tragedy - the diagnosing of mental illnesses.</title>

    <description>If it wasn&#39;t for the tragic consequences - it would almost be funny to read about the diagnosing of mental illnesses.

One could almost be excused for suspecting that the diagnosing criteria are selected purely to allow the doctor to successfully provide a positive diagnosis on the patient (victim) when &#39;needed&#39;.

This especially stand out when one reads the literature, and the development, of mental illnesses.

Similarly to what Don Tolman found in regards to physical diseases; an increase of the number of diseases from seven (Yes 7 only) by the end of the 19th century – to over 10,000 diseases when we turned over to the 21st century. (Maybe should mention that over this period we spent thousands of billions, and thousands of billions over and over - in our so-called war against diseases.)

And yes we succeeded - that is; succeeded in making a smaller group of companies and individuals very wealthy - at the expense of the false, imaginary and un-necessary suffering of billions of people.

We in the psychiatry field had 5 to 10 diagnosable conditions in the end of the 19th century


1950;&amp;#160; Diagnostic and Statistical Manual was published by the American psychiatric association. This manual included 66 mental illnesses.

In an early 1960’s edition of the “DSM 4 TR” included close to 500 illnesses.
The interesting thing in the DSM IV TR is that all illnesses and the diagnosis thereof are identified with insurance numbering codes. Automatically allowing the doctor to see what symptoms need to be listed to classify the condition correctly - and thereby accessing the insurance Dollars.

Medical doctors use pathologists to determine (to prove by blood test etc,) an illness condition, as opposed to Psychiatrists who use Layers! Meeting in a boardroom they VOTE for what going to be classified as a mental illness and what should not.

As an example for you; homosexuality was included in the DSM for many years, it was then due to public and political pressure taken out of the DSM directory. Consequently a condition can be a mental illness or not totally depending on a few peoples opinions.

Get a copy for your self and read the diagnostic criteria on some diseases, Ie;
Oppositional defined disorder.
Conduct Disorder.

Someone said; 
“”Beauty is in the eye of the beholder – Mental Illnesses are in the eye of the controller.””



An interesting thing to note, what these doctors have found in their infinite wisdom, that throughout history almost everyone was mentally disturbed - had some form of psychological disease.

Especially the great people; Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton just to mention two, analysing their personalities you can quickly conclude that they qualified for heavy psychological medication.


The diagnosing of witches is a classic example of the sickness industries intelligence;

You can simply drop the suspect - , normally a woman - in a pond of water, if she managed to swim to the shore and save herself - then she must be a witch. (Death penalty by burnig.)

Should she be unable to swim - consequently drowning in the pond - she is declared innocent.
(Witch-hunts was active into the 18th century and is estimated to resulting in over hundred thousand executions.)



Physiological disease 

This are purely made up constructs – not a real disease – there are no physical abnormalities “physical disease conditions”.
Somebody’s subjective opinion of someone’s behaviour is all that’s required.

In 1995 just 1 in 4000 children in America were diagnosed as having juvenile bi-polar disorder, but in 2003, this had gone up to a frightening 1 in 100 children.


ADHD or HDD as it was called in the 1970s effected about 200,000 children, today there are between 12 and 15 million children in the US alone diagnosed with ADHD.

Yes it’s great our kids are looked after, and the “medicine” is available, but what if we call it what it is; DRUGS; Cocaine and Meta Amphetamine – how cute is that to feed to our kids?


To become diagnosed - or should we say for the school and the doctor to classify you - you need to fulfil six of the following criteria;

Problem giving attention to detail.
Not appearing to listen.
Loosing things.
Easily distracted.
Edges or squirms.
Not paying attention.
Forgetful.
Having difficulty staying seated.
Running or climbing inappropriately.
Always on the go.
Blurbs out answers.
Difficulty waiting in turn.

Geeee, doesn&#39;t that qualify many of us - I certainly qualified during the school years, and possibly up until this day I seems to be a severe case of an ADHD child.

No wonder I never thought I really grown up!!


Watch out parents - love your children and the energy they have, whether it&#39;s excessive or not. Keep them away from judging school teaches and money hungry doctors - or your child will be poisoned with lifelong consequences.

Unexpected change of plans this week because...



Shortly before Christmas a few months ago, December &#39;09, my Mom called  and said, &quot;There&#39;s no easy way to break this news so I&#39;m going to just come  right out and say it.&amp;#160; Your sister Barbara has
cancer.&quot;&amp;#160; Talk about a heart  stopper. &amp;#160;

I soon learned what Mom hadn&#39;t been told.&amp;#160; The cancer had  metastasized and along with a tumor in her colon too large to remove, she had  lesions all throughout her abdomen and liver.&amp;#160; The doctors 
closed her up  saying they couldn&#39;t do a thing and gave her about 1-4 months to live.  

But instead of the doctor&#39;s prediction of forthcoming death actually  happening, she was boarding a flight on Easter weekend.&amp;#160; Mom had not been able  to make the trip to see her so she was traveling about 1000 miles to knock on  our mom&#39;s door and give her
the surprise of her life.

When she told me  of her plans, I was very concerned and had to work on dissolving my fear for  her.&amp;#160; I had been &quot;on call&quot; to go to Texas on a moment&#39;s notice if she needed me  but as of yet, I hadn&#39;t seen her.

But I had heard her.&amp;#160; We talked  frequently and all I heard in her voice was the determination that she was not  going to die, that God had already healed her and she was waiting for the  physical manifestation. &amp;#160;

I kept coming back to the questions, &quot;Is she in  denial?&amp;#160; Should she be making this trip?&quot;

As a life coach, I must say  that I have come up against the problem of denial quite often.&amp;#160; Many people  think they don&#39;t have any underlying problem because they aren&#39;t aware of it  consciously. 
That is what makes it so insidious and why people have such  difficulty in manifesting a new lifestyle or healing from an illness.  &amp;#160;

Their true beliefs are buried deep within but they say
something  different in their head that is very convincing.&amp;#160; They believe that they believe  it to be true when in fact, they don&#39;t.&amp;#160; They are unaware of a much different  program running internally that causes stress, restricts the full use of the  brain and
suppresses the immune system, among other things.

It is that  inappropriate stress reaction that happens when there is no danger present that  is poison to the body and disastrous to goal attainment.&amp;#160; It must be stopped!  

That is where vibrational healing is invaluable.&amp;#160; Energy medicine is  able to shift the belief at a deep level so the stress reaction simply stops  occurring when the thought about a particular memory or situation comes to mind.  &amp;#160;

It was heartbreaking to me to get the news about my sister&#39;s health  with my history of success using energy work on myself and clients for both  health and success and be told by her that she didn&#39;t need
it.&amp;#160; She knew she  was already healed and working with me would indicate that she didn&#39;t believe  it.&amp;#160; She felt she was beyond the need for it.

So I had to change my plans  to see for myself and give Mom a second shock by also showing up over  Easter.

And what I found was that what Barbara said is true.&amp;#160; She has the  same sense of peace that energy work is able to accomplish for a person when  they can&#39;t quiet their thoughts and feel inner peace 
about a situation.&amp;#160; She  doesn&#39;t need vibrational healing because she is at peace and feels profound  gratitude to God for the healing love that is at work in her life.

That  is why she is still alive.&amp;#160; That is why the lesions were nowhere to be found  when the doctors did a second scan.&amp;#160; That is why the latest tests came back that  showed zero indication of cancer.&amp;#160; She has lost a lot of weight and is still  gaining strength but it is truly miraculous to see her.&amp;#160; She is free of fear and  the
vibrations of energy that are so destructive. &amp;#160;

Our bodies were  wonderfully made and we are all capable of healing when true faith and belief is  present.&amp;#160; I experienced that myself in December with the injury to my finger.&amp;#160;  It was undetectable a couple of weeks later.&amp;#160; I was free of fear and able to  focus on the vibration of healing love and that was exactly what I felt coming  from my sister.

There is nothing more powerful than Love in action.  &amp;#160;

There is no out there - out there!! As to recent research and conclusion within Quantum Physics. What we see, what we live and all that we experience on a daily basis is our own creations, we are most certainly co-creators with God. (So we are all “mini Gods”, isn’t that cute?) Regardless whether we are conscious or unconscious about the facts - we are creating every day.

Consequently all the bad things that you have thought were thrown at you by mean family and friends, or even the devil himself. They are actually attracted and created by your self, not unlike the way you attract and acquire an ice cream or a beer.

Digest that controversial statement for a wild if you like.

“Off course you&#39;ll need to drink a lot of water living in such a warm climate”.

…Is a statement we hear very often. And it might be true if you sleep on a mattress under the open sky, where ever in the world you may live. However if you live in a house or apartment with temperatures on 20&#176; or more, than the news is; you are actually living in a warm climate. And you are sweating.

In addition we have some stupid concept about dressing, many of us walking around with a house around us and thus keeping the near body temperature on 30&#176; or more. In our sub tropical climate we have automatically learnt to minimize closing, actually being naked when and where ever we can. (For some proof about sweating you can jump on a scale before you go to bed in the evening, and then again when getting out of the bed in the morning. - Where did those kilos go?)

Sweating is a life and death activity! This is why antiperspirants are a very big cause of cancer, especially breast cancer, a well kept secret off course. Not only are antiperspirants multimillion dollar business, but so are the operations and other stupid treatments of breast cancer.

The skin is the body&#39;s largest organ, we excretes many kilos of toxins through the skin. This excretion can only happen through natural flow and sweating, hence why you need to consume excessive amounts of water. In addition you may also need to force some sweating; - sauna bathing is a very good and healthy treatment for various ailments.

Luckily our subconscious intelligence often comes to our aid, if you get some toxins in your body - we call it infection - then the body raises the temperature and forces sweating. Consequently all medication we need for a bit high temperatures is good circulating warm air and as much of water we can force into the body.



So how much water do we need to drink, and when do we need to drink water.

As much as possible, 3 to 5 litre is reasonable in any climate, and again our subconscious intelligence helps us - regular urination indicates that you have a flow through the body. Outdoor summer activities in this South East Queensland climate can cause severe sweating, it&#39;s easy to drink 2 or 3 litre in a couple of hours without urinating. Meaning that it is insufficient water intake.

Another “rule of thumb:, commonly used is 1 litre of water per 22 kg body weight per day. A good indication but of cause widely varying depending on temperatures and activity.

Be aware that all toxic drinks we so happily consume are all dehydrating, common toxins are sugar, artificial sweetener, preservatives, food colouring, chlorine, fluoride and off cause alcohol and caffeine. Expect to double your water intake to keep hydrated, while “indulging” in toxication of the body.

Thirsty feeling says it&#39;s too late. As mentioned our subconscious is a very intelligent helper in this, however, there is no pre-warning mechanism in our body. The subconscious can only conclude an existing fact, and give us warning signals accordingly. Consequently, the thirst feeling isn&#39;t a hint that it might be a good idea to have a drink sometime soon, it is a signal that part of the body are dehydrated.


When should we drink?
Our bodies are somewhere between 70% and 90% of water, and a contradiction to that statement is that water isn&#39;t stored in the body. Meaning it needs to be fresh and continuously replaced, in other words you&#39;re going to be flat out drinking continuously all day. Alternatively you could put a tank on your head and drip feed it into the blood-stream.

Quiet impractical and a bit jokingly, but we do need a steady flow of water - not least during the night hours when the resting body take the opportunity to flush out toxins through the skin.


Disadvantages with high levels of water intake?

Yes, nature (in case you didn&#39;t know, we are part of it) is all about the balance, and excess intake of anything off cause causes imbalance. The mineral we loose is sodium chloride, or salt, but not any bleached and over processed salt. Proper sodium chloride is only found in good quality natural salt, ie; some sea salts and Himalayan rock salt as we use here.

Very course Himalayan rock salt is ideal to put in your mouth and let it melt, alternatively, put in a pinch of rock salt when you refill your water container.


So my friends, stay healthy, learn to enjoy your 5 litres or salt water per day - your body with love you dearly - and reward you handsomely with extended youth and longevity.


In closing I give you a list of seven imperative ingredients to the healthy living recipe;

Air - clean and energized.
Water - pure and toxic free.
Sunshine - yes sun, it is healthy and essential.
Walking - or other comfortable exercise 3 to 5 times a week.
Plain wholefoods - not donuts, but raw fresh fruit &amp;amp; vegetables.
Loving relationship - love and happiness, the opposite will kill you
Passion - have passion for what you do, or don&#39;t do it.

That&#39;s an interesting one, we all heard that what you focus on you extract more of, and obviously what you are fighting you obviously focusing on, hence we do all it into us.
The war against cancer and fight being a row of diseases, and the more we fight in the more we get.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; 

Let it be - let go - and leave it to grace!

I&#39;ve noticed recently, from both clients and friends, how common it is to of fear your own thoughts, simply having bad thoughts that keep hunting you. And it is as easy as relaxing, letting be - and let&#39;s go.

Sandy McGregor says; having fun with it put your thoughts on a never ending escalator, or maybe on an unmanned plane to never never land.

Brandon Bays use this technique; let them fly out in the open sky, just imagine a vast, endless open sky, and your thoughts are just passing by and vanish into this vacuum.

So, a conclusion;
Focusing, fight being and attacking something just make you stuck with it, and you get more and more of it.

On the other side; letting be, ignoring may actually make problem go away.

So, why not start today ignoring all your minor problems, after all, would it matter in 100 years time?

And start today; focusing on your blessings, was good about this day, can you walk, talk and see - then you are truly blessed and should be immensely grateful.

SPLENDA&#174; Is It Safe or Not?

New chemical sweeteners (like Splenda) and the sweetener blends (aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame K blended together in one product) may be causing users to show signs of weight gain, disruption of sleep patterns, sexual dysfunction, increases in cancer, MS, Lupus, diabetes, and a list of epidemic degenerative diseases. The corporations continue to stand tough in their denial of any connection to chemical sweetener additives.

The Chlorine In Splenda

Chlorine is commonly found in nature, but almost always in combination with other building block elements. Chlorine&#39;s structure makes it very reactive and because it is so reactive, it is very useful to chemists, engineers and others involved in making things humans use every day.

The inventors of Splenda admit around fifteen percent (15%) of sucralose is absorbed by the body, but they cannot guarantee us (out of this fifteen percent) what amount of chlorine stays in the body and what percent flushes out.

So, do you feel lucky today as you sprinkle that yellow packet of powder in your tea?&amp;#160; You will be alarmed once you realize how chlorine, this common chemical we’ve trusted as a “purifier”, is actually affecting our health in more ways than you know.&amp;#160; Hopefully, this chapter will make you hesitate before you let your toddler take another sip of your diet cola.

What Are Sweetener Blends?

I’ve written about how artificial sweeteners like sucralose (found in Splenda) and aspartame (found in NutraSweet) can have a negative impact on your health.&amp;#160; Now the sweetener industry has gone a step further in their quest to copy real sugar’s sweet flavor. They are mixing Splenda and NutraSweet and other artificial sweeteners together! Mixtures of any artificial sweeteners are called “sweetener blends.”

Instead of one harmful chemical coursing through your body, you now have two or three (or more) interacting with each other, and in ways we may not know yet.&amp;#160; If one substance is hazardous, do you think adding toxins to it will make it better?&amp;#160; It is just one more potent “alien” mixture with unknown interactions that your poor body will try to use, excrete, or store. Its mix n’ match chemistry at the expense of your health.

The Unsafe Sweeteners Out There

Artificial sweeteners: This category of non-nutritive, high-intensity sugar substitutes includes ASPARTAME, ACESULFAME-K, NEOTAME, SUCRALOSE, and ALITAME. The two sweeteners that have recently undergone current and pending FDA approval are SUCRALOSE and ALITAME, respectively. Cyclamate lost its FDA approval in 1970, but is currently up for re-approval. Numerous new sweeteners are currently in various stages of development and approval.

Saccharin, Stevia and Other Safe Alternative Sweeteners

Sugar and the quest for weight loss represent an enormous growth opportunity for the food and beverage manufacturers worldwide. And as everyone in the industry knows, the average human prefers taste to nutrition.&amp;#160; Let’s see how we can reverse this trend.

The two safest choices of sweeteners to date are saccharin and stevia. Yes, saccharin! Saccharin is actually similar to stevia in its origin.&amp;#160; It originally came from a plant imported from China, and in its original form, is a complex sugar extract from the plant itself.&amp;#160; Stevia is extracted from a plant grown in South America, and is also a complex sugar extract.

The perils of ageing:
Recently, I was diagnosed with A.A.A.D.D. - Age Activated Attention Deficit
Disorder.
This is how it manifests:

I decide to water my garden. As I turn on the hose in the driveway, I look over at my
car and decide it needs washing.
As I start toward the garage, I notice mail on the porch table that I brought up from
the mail box earlier.
I decide to go through the mail before I wash the car.
I lay my car keys on the table, put the junk mail in the garbage can under the table,
and notice that the can is full.
So, I decide to put the bills back on the table and take out the garbage first.
But then I think, since I&#39;m going to be near the mailbox when I take out the garbage
anyway, I may as well pay the bills first.
I take my cheque book off the table, and see that there is only one cheque left.
My extra cheques are in my desk in the study, so I go inside the house to my desk
where I find the can of Coke I&#39;d been drinking.
I&#39;m going to look for my cheques, but first I need to push the Coke aside so that I
don&#39;t accidentally knock it over.
The Coke is getting warm, and I decide to put it in the refrigerator to keep it cold.
As I head toward the kitchen with the Coke, a vase of flowers on the
counter catches my eye--they need water.
I put the Coke on the counter and discover my reading glasses that I&#39;ve been
searching for all morning.
I decide I better put them back on my desk, but first I&#39;m going to water the flowers.
I set the glasses back down on the counter, fill a container with water and suddenly
spot the TV remote. Someone left it on the kitchen table.
I realize that tonight when we go to watch TV, I&#39;ll be looking for the remote, but I
won&#39;t remember that it&#39;s on the kitchen table, so I decide to put it back in the den
where it belongs, but first I&#39;ll water the flowers.
I pour some water in the flowers, but quite a bit of it spills on the floor.
So, I set the remote back on the table, get some towels and wipe up the spill.
Then, I head down the hall trying to remember what I was planning to do.
At the end of the day: the car isn&#39;t washed; the bills aren&#39;t paid; there is a warm can
of Coke sitting on the counter; the flowers don&#39;t have enough water; there is still only
one cheque in my cheque book; I can&#39;t find the remote; I can&#39;t find my glasses, and I
don&#39;t remember what I did with the car keys.
Then, when I try to figure out why nothing got done today, I&#39;m really baffled because
I know I was busy all damn day, and I&#39;m really tired.
I realize this is a serious problem, and I&#39;ll try to get some help for it, but first I&#39;ll check my e-mail.
